Very simpatic personel, well equipped kitchen for use of the guests, unlimited coffee and water, Free shuttle to the very nice Kata beach every hour. Interesting furniture style, large room, cleanness. Closed to the shops and restaurants.

Breakfast could have been included in this price, and the room had NO WINDOW!

We had a very wide room with the most enormous bed I’ve ever seen. The mattress is hard and comfortable, the pillows are high and comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and stable and room had everything necessary - many power outlets, storage space, hangers, working safe box, etc. The owners are hospitable and friendly and the housekeeper is a delicate and diligent lady. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and right after cleaning the room smells like heaven from her Thai secrets. The location is perfect - close to countless businesses, in between two bus stops and close to Kata beach. It’s also quiet at night.

The only downside was some noise in the morning after 9 AM - doors slamming, drilling, sawing, etc. but I don’t think it’s limited to this hotel. We saw people doing construction works every few hundred meters - Phuket is a lively island and so is Kata. And some suggestions for even better guest experience - hand soap and hand towel will be great to be available. Also some kind of clothes drying rack would be great for a beach destination where you’re expected to have wet towels daily.

Perfect small hotel in Kata for a couples holiday. Front office manger Tony was super helpful to recommend local restaurants, wine shops and local beaches. Lovely bakery next to hotel serves great western breakfasts and lunches. Very complete public kitchen off the lobby for guests to cook their own meals. Rooms feature a huge bed and a desk for folks working on holiday. Suggest requesting a room with more open view - half the rooms face an adjoining building.

Only minor downside is no parking for rental car - guests can find parking on the streets (within a 2-3 min walk) but must move car every morning to obey alternate side of street parking rules.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and kind. Hotel is on quiet area but still a short 5 min walking distance from main street. Almost 15 min easy walk to kata beach. No ups or downs. Room was very clean and well kept. Bed a little hard but I still had a great night's sleep. The provide beach towels. Oh and they have an amazing community kitchen for the guests to use

We were only given 2 big bath towels. When we asked for hand or face towels, they said they didn't have

Perfect location. Close enough to everything but not on the main stretch of road. Staff were so helpful and welcoming. Room was large with a massive bed. Would definitely stay here again if back in phuket.

The toilet cubicle was a bit small. Our knees bumped against the door and the flush was a bit temperamental sometimes.

The kitchen!! You get a really beautiful kitchen (open for all) If you are staying for long, you can enjoy cooking. Tip: Ask the reception people and go to the MACRO store. It's nearly 2-3km and buy real good raw material... We stayed for 1 week and enjoyed cooking.

Breakfast was not included in my hotel stay, but next door the restaurant had many nice offerings. I purchased breakfast from them twice and it was really good.

The shower cubicle was just in front of the sink and following shower, one would stand in the puddle of water.

Very friendly host who greeted us and showed the room. Clean and spacious room with nice beds, good location as well.

A little bit of noise can be heard through the rooms.

Bathrooms are too small, you can hear almost everything from the street because of thin glass windows (as it is usual in Asia)
