The staff, their friendliness, willingness to help and their warm presence, welcoming everyone with open arms. The atmosphere of the resort, and it being a complete experience from A to Z whatever you look for. The food was very good although portions were small sometimes. The other guests were nice as well which provides opportunity for chats in the evening. Proximity of floating market, some snooker clubs, local food stands (extremely cheap and tasty food) made it for a perfect place to wind down after Bangkok.

The bathroom was quite mouldy and water wasn't draining properly, some of the amenities were falling apart (hammock/chairs), but nothing that would really impact how nice our stay was. Given the price and everything else, this was just a minor inconvenience. Make sure to take mosquito repellent tho.

I was there 2 times. Very nice resort, you immediately feel at home. Staff super friendly. Restaurant has a very good kitchen. Breakfast was included and very tasty.

Out of the way if you have no transport. But that was my fault, not theirs. Very enjoyable stat.

It’s difficult to reach the hotel because there’s no transportation and there is only one staff who’s speaking English but everyone is really friendly and helpful

The Internet was fast It was a quiet location

There were around 6 dogs directly outside the hotel, which made it difficult and intimidating to walk out at night as they followed you and were barking and aggressive. Without a car or motorcycle, it was difficult to get around. There was no grab service in the area. To get to the Mae Klong market, you needed to travel across the river on a ferry (5 baht each way). The staff were helpful and drove us to the ferry for 100 baht each way. You can get a motorcycle taxi from the ferry to the hotel for 30 baht.
