Many thanks to a day shift, spoke to a lady, explained the situation with flight delay and she let me check out a bit later, as I've asked for it.

Everything was great from check in up to check out, but there was just one thing that was very upsetting, I woke up in the middle of the night as it was hot and I was out of water so I went to a reception desk and there was no-one, so I had to come back to my room and started on calling on reception waiting for someone to pick (from back office) but after falling on the 5th call, had to help myself on my own, and look for a such a basic thing as water for quite a while.

Stayed for 4 days & nights at Glai Gan Palace really enjoyed our stay Exceptional & Professional staff , large room with Both Modern Decor and appliances shower was fine Tv was Good plus the room had a decent sized Balcony the price of the room included a decent breakfast the restaurant was Very good with a reasonably priced and varied menu also the hotel a Good swimming pool I really enjoyed my stay and would stay hear again

We used the hotel as a 1 night stopover to break a long journey. The hotel was excellent for this purpose giving us the perfect place to relax. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. This was our second visit and will always use again when we make this journey.

Our room was a good size, as was the bathroom. The included breakfast was satisfactory. We ate at the hotel’s poolside restaurant and it offered a good menu, tasty food and value for money.

The hotel's internet was not working, we could not connect reliably. It was a busy time (just before Christmas), and the hotel’s car park was full. Staff were available to help manoeuvre through tight spaces. The hotel is not close to shops or restaurants.

Well run hotel credit to the management and the team all staff polite and courteous the young lady who works in the restaurant Ninwan was pleasant she was very informative about the hotel and the surrounding area good to have staff friendly like that maybe should give her a job on front desk 🙏🙏. Definitely stay again thank you very much 🙏🙏

Normal stay experience, no real problems with this hotel, stay often, will stay again

"Hot" breakfast items were cold. Not a problem for Thais but disliked by most holiday makers and choice is limited. However I've stayed here about 6 times so it's not putting me off

Great staff. Great cool water pool. Food was good. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Two nights, just passing through. We recommend and will stay again. Loved the Halloween Decorations. 🎃 in

I like staffs because they are so kind. My room is clean. A small swimming pool is good for swimming.

There were many cars and less car parking. There were a foreign group tour that always made loud noise during my stay.

Ease of check-in, clean room/facilities and friendly staff. Good value for the money.

breakfast could do with a little improvement, at least real coffee not the instant one

Lovely pool, very clean. Breakfast good. Large car park. Location was ideal. Staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. Good size room
