Great little hotel for a budget one night stay. Everything there and clean, modern with helpful staff and it's on the main road just before the river crossing and township welcome sign (easy onward connections to Piers for Gulf islands or Westward to Krabi). And our room had a charming little garden and patio.

Oldies like me may find the mattress hard, put up with it!

The location was perfect for us - quick walk to the Raja Ferry office for the islands, and not too far to the center of town either (about 30 minutes). The coffee/tea machine at breakfast had a lot of options, which was nice.

Breakfast was only available for a short time every day and often ran out of food. The only food included were some little biscuits, which wasn't very filling.

Staff are great. Nice room and clean standards. Only stayed 2 nights so cannot say too much about surrounding area, good location. Breakfast was no frills, could improve.

Even though we didn't include breakfast in our booking, it turns out that all guests can access free tea and coffee, bananas, and in the morning, tasty Thai sweets and brownies and banana cake. You can order a cooked breakfast for a fee. Our room had a spacious balcony.

Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, it seemed the floor tilted towards the sink rather than the drain. We had to ask for extra towels to mop the floor every time we showered.

The bed and pillow are great. The AC is good.

I needed a hotel near the eye hospital and this hotel was only a short walk away

The staff was very helpful despite the little English. Breakfast was included though we were not aware and it was generous and we could order additional stuff if we wanted something extra, it cost but the option is there! We left a piece of important lugguage behind and we were notified very quickly before we hit our 300km drive home. We appreciated that quick action of our left behind luggauge.

It could be that we are unfamiliar with the neighbourhood, we did not find any restaurant that we can walk to. There was a bus stop nearby though, so it is not a dead end.
