Large bright clean room. Good WiFi. Good air-conditioning. Towels and water provided. Helpful staff. Ability to book transport to the Islands through the hotel. Fab location, near to all the required amenities and night markets

The bed was especially soft (as if some of the springs had broken) so while it was OK for sleeping you couldn't sit on it comfortably. There were a few power cuts while we stayed which impacted the facilities which was frustrating (no hot water, no air con, no wifi). The longest was about 1hr - not the specific fault of the hotel but for awareness!

Easy to the centre and close to the small evening market. Nice big rooms and comfy beds, didn’t feel shared bathrooms are dirty, well cleaned. Also 2 bottles of water a day and toilet roll which was useful. Staff friendly and gave me a cute postcard when I left.

I don’t recommend the fan rooms if you are not good with heat, it was difficult. Also I was on 4th floor and no lift so very tiring. (4th floor is for shared bathroom fans) 3rd for fan rooms with bathroom and 2nd for AC rooms with bathroom) Door handle and lock on one of the toilets was broken and all the toilet seats need replacing. Also if you don’t want to shower with a gecko I wouldn’t recommend! (Not hotels fault)

I messaged regarding a late check in, and my message was answered promptly, and staff were cooperative with my late check in. Helpful communication in English. Staff booked ferry to Koh Samui for me, including collection from the hotel. Clean facilities, and convenient location near food market and shops. No kettle in room, but when I asked about coffee, they told me about the cafe next door ( same ownership I think )which was actually very reasonable and good for breakfast. Overall a very pleasant stay for reasonable price, and particularly good staff. Thank you.

This property was a decent place to stay and value for money. The staff were very nice and were contactable before my stay and also have nice touches like a welcome board (with your name on) and give you a handwritten postcard when you leave. The hotel is close to Phantip travel where you can get buses to other places in Thailand. It is also only an orange bus journey away from the railway station. The shared bathrooms were clean and fine. The property is near a night market and also other places to eat, have a massage shop. So a good stop over before heading to Koh Samui or wherever.

The room had no AC which was tougher than I though. Overall it was fine in the end.

The staff gave me a farewell postcard which made me so happy. When I first stayed in an all inclusive room, it was so lovely. When I stayed with a shared bathroom it wasn't that nice (cold shower) but it was perfectly fine, considering the price. The location is ideal and you feel safe there, aside from the second time I had stayed there was another customer that made me feel very uncomfortable but I knew I could tell the staff.

I tried to stay in the budget Fan Room on the 4th floor in February. Don't even try it! It's a hot hell. Even with the windows open it's like a sauna. I was lucky and could be shiftet to a Fan room at the 3rd floor for my 2nd night which was amazing. Extremely comfortable Beds, big room with all necessities. It wasn't a lot more expensive than the one on the 4th floor but its such a big difference!

Everything including the staff members was well-spoken and hospitable. The only negative part was that it did not have an elevator, making it hard to carry the heavy luggage to the 3rd floor. But as per the price, the hotel is in a perfect location. A night market is 2-3 minutes away by foot. Not really a big stuff but I also got a Postcard with a really thoughtful note on it.

Staffs were super friendly and kind to help us also you to finish the payment. I am not sure if the bed sheets are changed when a new customer stay here, but it was totally no problem, it was clean enough and did not make me feel itching. Even though the hotel is located in a modern area, it did not make me feel noisy and annoyed at night. It sounds like an additional service that the coming customers' names will be showed on a board and when they leave, a hand-writing postcard will be handed out. It is not helpful at all but makes the customers feel extremely happy.

Lots of space, clean comfortable rooms. Sun bathing area on top floor. Nice staff. Local restaurant Super Soup really good. Also, booked into local dentist close to gateway entrance to hotel and massage place close by, all good.

Breakfast was poor. Location a bit out of city centre. Got a Bolt for 100 baht each way so no problem. Bolt also cheap for airport 110 baht compared to 300 for taxi.

Clean, friendly and fairly good location. Helped me with travel plans to Phangan. Ideal for a wee stop over in city. The coffee shop next store was good for morning coffee. Good room and shower with free water and toiletries daily. Nice wee thank you card when leaving. Cute!

No air con in room but my fault. Also no kettle in room again probably my fault not checking.
