the management is above and beyond many management teams we have encountered in our many years of traveling abroad! the breakfast buffet is a very good deal at 250 baht and the omelette station chef is a rockstar!! thank you and see you again!!

well we had a few issues that the manager took care of and then went out of their way to make things the best they could! when there are issues a manager can either make it better or worse and the team did a great job! but I will say we encountered this bar help that was VERY RUDE and was heckling my wife while I was away! he’s lucky 1. I’m not 25 anymore and 2. we are in a foreign country! if he was my employee he would be fired!!

To my surprise the hotel had been completely refurbished since my last stay a couple of years ago, and that shows, a beautifully renovated groundfloor, with reception,bar and relaxed sitting areas. The restaurant is now located on the first floor , beautifully redesigned. The rooms have got a facelift as well and are spacious ,clean with very comfy beds, big TV 55" . Location is 5 star, next to Central Plaza huge shoppingmall with all kinds of shops,restaurants,banks,departmentstores,cinema and the like, and at just a few minutes walkingdistance from night-&foodmarket,trainstation,busstation,hospital,and nightentertainment areas Breakfast is delicious with a lot to choose from, and the breakfastroom is spacious and cozy Staff real class, nice ,polite, super proffesional Warmly recommended Top Notch !

Excellent stay for our family. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty of comfortable seats in the restaurant and the lobby/bar as well. The location is perfect, just exactly next to the biggest and best shopping mall in town. Many restaurants are nearby as well.

There is nothing special to complain. Only, as we inspected the swimming pool the place and environment looked a little abandoned and the pool depth is too low for real swimming.

location is the best. You can walk to Central Department store just next door. The bathroom is good size but a bit old facilities. The wifi is very weak inside the room. You have to stay close to the door to get better signal. Free drinking water in the room. The front desk were friendly and helpful.

the attitude of the lady at the front bar in the lobby where we get welcome drink. The bathroom interior is old style and the shower floor is not so clean.

The location is excellent. Reception, Restaurant and lobby, and room service staff are helpful. I appreciate their help and support. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while you are in Udon Thani, I recommend this hotel. The food in both restaurants is amazing. The hotel is connected to the biggest mall (Plaza Mall) in Udon Thani.

If its your 1st time in udonthai, this is the main base of operations. Its near the night markets, street bars, plenty of taxi, 1 block away from bus station that connects to bangkok, CONNECTED to the mega mall with Buffets on the 4th floor and traditional thai foods in very bottom floor. I would book here again for the leisure, comfort, and convenience. Front desk were very nice and was willing to negotiate my request to check out at 2p.m. They were very fluent in English. There is also a lockbox. I felt safe and secure here.

All the staff is very caring and friendly. Special thanks to the staff at the bar ! Very few people can speak good English but we always can overcome that. Great location, nice swimming pool, and great equipments with sauna, hamamm and two pools (water at 18 Celsius and 38 Celsius). Good restaurant and very cosy evenings with a great piano musician and singer ! I recommand that hotel !

A few things : wifi not available in some parts of the hotel ; not possible to video or phone call through some internet apps.

The room is clean .Bed and pillows are comfortable.The staffs are helpful.The lobby looks nice and spacious.

The bathroom.Shower area is very slippery and the hot water system doesn;t work well.It should be clearly marked how to use.Water gets very hot and when adjusted becomes cold.Have to be very precise when turning the tab to get the right temperature.

The upgrades at the hotel are excellent. The breakfast area is cozy and inviting. Excellent breakfast. The foyer is spacious and comfortable. Comfortable rooms, beds, clean & fresh. Staff were 1st class.

The pool is to shallow & the seating area is poorly thought out.

Always a good place to stay. The location, rooms and facilities are top notch, Every time I consider booking somewhere else in Udon (just for variety), I change my mind and come back to Centara.
