It is a beautiful hotel, right at the beach. There are several restaurants to choose from, and the hammam and spa (at extra cost) are very nice. The room was clean with a great view and all facilities one needs. Several activities are bookable from the hotel staff.

The internet in my room was a bit unstable. The hotel is located outside of any city, so if you want to go anywhere, including trying to eat somewhere else than the hotel restaurants, you need to take a taxi. So it is better for self-drivers. From my room, the animation for the kids in the afternoon was very loud. It did not disturb me, but may be disturbing for people who want to sleep in the afternooon.

The gym is old and it shows a lack of maintenance. The lifeguard team use it as a resting room. I was training around 1pm and the fitness employee was sleeping behind the equipments (I got scared when I saw him staring me)… then he left and arrived another employee (a fat lifeguard) and he suggested me to leave because the gym was so hot (and he wanted to take a nap).

There was an upgrade to a larger room with sofa and balcony with view of pool and sea. Mostly quiet. Good wifi. Nice common areas with comfortable furniture. Very good breakfast buffet. Good spa with reasonable prices by EU-US standards. Very well priced because it was low season.

Staff didn’t always clean very well. Crumbs on the floor were still there after room service. There were aggressive people trying to sell excursions between the elevators and reception. I found myself trying to sneak past to avoid the hard sell.

Clean and nice hotel all the staff are helpful and welcoming … Nice rooms … the food at the restaurants are delicious and great .

The pillows are very old and small far away from 5 stars standard . I still have a stiff neck… Breakfast menu doesn’t have many varieties . Our lateral sea view overlooks on unfinished land scape which ruined our experience of paying extra money to get that view.

Almost everything, except!

I arrived late on the 14th of Feb, I asked at the front desk about where I could eat (I was hungy) I was told there was a restaurant and bar still open, I preferred the restaurant, made it to the restaurant, but was told I needed a reservation(in other words a female companion) because it was valentine's day, I guess they could have accommodated me, there is no reason why a person should not be able to eat solo on valentine's day, otherwise they could have provided a partner:)

The check in was great. It was very nice that the staff member walked me to my room. They gave me all the information that I needed. The room was big and very clean.

I didn't like that there was no option for all inclusive. The hotel was very fancy and the food was great but going to the buffet for lunch or dinner was a bit expensive.

Excellent facilities, very professional staff. Nice beach and outside pool, as well as the bar next to the reception (Mokka). Excellent breakfast, lots of options, including some tunisian specialties (though not many vegan dishes).

Everything was great, I have no complains.

there was water on the floor at the reception that was slippery, and I almost fell when I walked on, reported it to the reception but they weren't attentive and didn't react

Everything was wonderful. The staff was super nice and professional, especially Faten, the food was so delicious. We really enjoyed our stay in the Radisson blue palace. We'll come back for sure and soon 🥰.

The hotel was in front of a superb beach. The pool was large and nice. I liked especially the room, it was clean and comfortable. premium room ;)

The half pension is not so good, not too much variety. I recommend people for breakfast only.
