Perfect resort and location, with swimming pool and beach. Staff OK. Non-smoking inside. Food is really excellent, lot of different choices, life-cooking and every day another theme. Animation team does a great job, both for kids and for adults. Security works well, which gives you al lot of privacy also on the beach, no haggling is allowed near the sunbeds.

After October 1st the air-conditioning is switched off for the rooms, which is crazy. The heat in the room is unbearable at night and it is not possible to significantly decrease room temperature due to the bad ventilation, even though it is outside cold at night. During our road trip through Tunisia, this was the only place we stayed at without a functioning air-conditioning system. (Place would be a 10 if this was fixed.) In the morning it takes very long to get hot water in the shower.

Hardly gt any wifi n the room Wen asked fr an iron, was told that every room cannot be provided with an iron which was v odd

- Staff flexibility, always ready to help, very professional especially in the restaurant (very well organized) and the cafe maure - front beach

- Staff at reception didn't want to turn on the AC, even during the night, though the temperature was high for few nights (they said: only after June 15) - An overzealous security guard at the gate who knew full well I was a resident, but still checked the car every time when I came back from sightseeing - Small swimming pool compared to the size of the hotel

The room was nice and clean, Pool and private beach always clean, the water activities all nearby the hotel, the have evening shows every day which was really good so you can spend all the night inside hotel.

The air conditioner was not good and they had to fix it while we are staying there. The bed had two small sprate beds instead of one big as we booked room with king bed size.

Location,staff,hotel rooms,the beach perfect and clean and we can’t forget the helpful Naima at the reception. Will be back for sure

it would be nice if they add aquatic games for the kids and most attractions should be paid inside the hotel using credit card.

The buffet choice was spectacular, loads of choice. The staff was warm and welcoming.

The rooms were good and clean, and the food was also good.

I had to wait for about an hour to get the room even though I arrived on time for check-in. Then I was given the wrong room, which was smaller than what I had booked. It took about 2 hours until the correct room was provided.
