Room comfortable with good variety of amenities (even a mini sewing kit ), decent breakfast with good selection. The staff are really nice and hospitable. .

The noise from the street and night club . And the AC doesn't work (although i didnt ask for it to be fixed , so maybe i didn't know how to operate it ). Overall good.

Centrally located, near the Medina (700m or so). The staff were all excellent - friendly and professional - and the guy at hotel reception (Oussema) deserves a special mention for his friendliness and helpfulness (he spoke excellent English as well as of course French and was full of useful info). Parking was easy in 'hotel-owned' street parking alongside the hotel. We stayed in Winter and it wasn't too busy and they were kind enough to upgrade our room to a superior with a balcony. It was lovely and spotlessly clean. Modern, stylish decor. Large TV (including BBC prime), fast in-room internet, fridge, balcony over the town (sea in distance). Very hot, powerful shower. Warm central heating. Coffee facilities. Great breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. We treated ourselves to dinner in the same restaurant and although it wasn't cheap (though, ok compared to European prices) it was an excellent meal with great service and the wine we picked was superb too. It was quite lovely with funky modern Arabic music and middle class couples/groups. Very fun and worth the price.

Ok, if really fussy, some milk sachets/creamer with the in-room coffee facilities would have been great, but this seems the norm in Tunisia. Sfax itself is an interesting, though maybe not beautiful city and driving in was a bit stressful.

Nice and modern hotel, cozy and comfortable room with balcony and big TV (no Smart-TV though!), good view over the city and onto the sea (from 6th floor), comfortable large kingsize bed, very kind and helpful staff (especially Ramsi did his best to make my stay pleasant), room service, good and rich breakfast with great view from the 9th floor, pretty central, two or three English movie channels!

No rooms with bathtub - although it says so on booking.com, no Smart-TV (so no Netflix or sharescreen-option), open bathroom may be stylish but is absolutely nonpractical (living room gets wet, mirror at the side), too many light switches (confusing)...

The food was great. The reception staff were friendly.

the wifi in my room at the 8th floor didnt work at all and the problem couldnt be solved not really the window view I have expected and that was mentioned in the description

Booking.com had made an error regarding the booking, when I got there, the staff could not locate my booking. The staff arranged for the sister company to assist with the room availability and managed to get a like for like room for us. We are greatly appreciative of this arrangement to ensure we are not left without a stay at night hours with little ones. Thank you ❤️

Issues with the booking which happened to be from booking.com services.

The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The staff was nice and polite. The hotel is close to the center and easily accessible by a short ride. The best thing was the breakfast, where you get to taste traditional Tunisian food along with international ones with great coffee on the rooftop with a beautiful view.

Not much to mention just that as I requested 2 twin rooms and one double and we arrived at the hotel at the check-in time, I expected the rooms to be ready, but they were not, so we had to wait a little bit.

Fantastic room. Super comfortable and clean, was great to relax a bit after roughing it out in southern Tunisia. It’s an easy 10 minutes walk to the historic medina.

Breakfast was quite bad, but that’s an all Tunisia problem from a European perspective. Not a lot of restaurants around for good dinner.

Nothing to mention but the receptionist at night asked us to pay as we first entered, groom with his bride. The receptionist in the morning was cheerful. Breakfast variety could be improved.
