We experienced the best memories and the sweetest hospitality in two nights at Byblos Hotel. A very professional, polite and kind team that will help you every moment so that you can spend the best and most dreamy comfort and rest in this hotel. You will find everything you want from beauty and comfort in this hotel: Byblos is not just a hotel, it is a heaven and a heavenly land for those who dream of traveling. We were surprised by all the kindness and surprises they had on the occasion of my wife and I's wedding:All the staff there are the happiest and most friendly, according to Ms. Daria, who was very kind and friendly and helped us a lot to spend happier days in the hotel. they made the best memory for me and I will definitely come back here again.

The architect , gardens , swimming pools, location, and staff.

it needs more lounges and coffee shops 

The breakfast was a highlight of the day, not just for the variety of food on offer and beautiful garden restaurant setting, but the active presence of key staff. Notably, the Executive Chef Sait and the Customer Relations women who spoke English.

The only less attractive aspect was the immediate site location, sandwiched between unplanned old windsurfing facilities. A new world class marina is nearing completion along the shoreline about 10 minutes walk away. It has several restaurants.

Everything is good except prices, sea is not deep , good place for water sports, very clean, friendly personel, best breakfast in the city.

Expensive, they add %10 service to everybill. Food is very expensive a cup ice cream is 4-5€ +%10 pizza 20-22€ +%10 . Not best ice cream or pizza in the city. Parking 10€ not free. I will pay more for bed but not for a bottle of coke or pizza. Too many baby and children running and crying. Guests must be at least 10-12 yo. Arab tourists may be pay well but i will never come again. Money is not everything.

Beautiful resort at the bay, very carefully decorated, luxurious and well maintained. Our beach house room was pretty generous, the view is fantastic. Various spa possibilities. The restaurants are excellent, food is amazing. I especially want to stress out that the entire staff was very friendly and heart-warming. Daria, our guest experiences relation, was a wonderful funny and efficient lady. We also loved Sinan, the restaurant manager of Miso. We fell in love with Leyla, one of „our“ waitresses. Great people working there! We can only hope that HR and the ownership know how to appreciate them.

Biblos is in Turkey. Why do they work with Euro currency? Prices are way out of proportion. They even changed during our stay: one day the Grill platter from Khalia Restaurant cost €95, a few days later the exact same dish costs €145?? It’s kind of a rip-off

Stunningly designed interior and exterior spaces with luxury amenities, 5 star culinary experiences, lush landscaping, and a serene beach view. Hotel staff’s service was impeccable. They were available to serve 24/7 through a WhatsApp number and made sure our every wish was attended to, even purchasing the signature hotel scent which we so loved. They left us a warm welcome note and a complimentary cake and fruit platter to enjoy during our stay. The spa was stunning and service was 5 star. The breakfast buffet was unmatched, with an array of options in every section and variety of Turkish treats to sample.

The rates was quite steep and room was a little smaller than we’d hoped for it to be.

We’d been advised about this hotel by the family, who admitted an impressive beauty of the place. So, we trusted that and we were not disappointed. The hotel has an unique designed garden, kinda African, jungle and desert met together. Breakfast in the oasis just near the fish which is so relaxing! We went at the end of season for 5 days, so there were some free rooms and our manager Ozkul made an upgrade of the room for us. What’s an appreciation) And another evening the team complimented us with the bottle of good Turkish wine. Also they provided us with free transfer to the airport. The hotel has its own beach in the calm creek and for the worse weather it has underground level with big pool, saunas, gym etc. Alacati is a cute small city to visit for a good food and pics. So this is the place I’ll advise if somebody will ask where to go in Turkey.

Architecture, quality, restaurants, gardens and room was marvelous. It is located at seaside. We swim in the morning and evening, these were the best moments. We reach the hotel early in the morning and the breakfast was still complimentary. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Used the hotel’s transfer service, the cars and the drivers were so good. My kids were so happy and I was so comfortable all day long. There are two kids clubs, indoor and outdoor, the best ones I’ve ever visit. Hotel is totally so kids friendly.

While relaxing on the white sandy beach and calm sea, we had the opportunity to enjoy delicious cocktails. The weather was perfect. We tried the Far East restaurant for our dinner, which was located right above the sea. The restaurant's vibrant lights and the delicious dishes on its menu were truly impressive. Our room was a spacious one with a terrace. It was delightful to have our morning coffee on the terrace.

amazing breakfast, kind service and superb ambience. we were upgraded to a bigger room without request and had great considerate follow up! it’s a great resort and we would definitely revisit!

we only tried miso restaurant but both flavor and value aspects were under average. also the majority of the service didn’t speak adequate English making ordering a bit of a struggle
