Everything! Rooms spacious, clean , airy with plenty of lighting. Amazing black out curtains for the night , the beach area and pool side is great, sun loungers clean and comfortable and the Snacks by beach is delicious! Cocktails spot on. The beach is clean. Staff are amazing! Spa and massages great also. Hotel restaurant dinner and breakfast also great!

I wish there was a small mini shop in the hotel for small essentials . I tore my swimsuit and really wanted a plain bikini and my friend also needed nappies for baby, so a small convenience store would be the extra touch to a perfect hotel!

We have just come back from holiday, 27 August to 8 September, and our stay at the Cocos was exceptional! The hotel location is perfect with its own private beach and large swimming pool and a short taxi journey to Alacati or Cesme. The hotel itself is incredible, with amazing spacious rooms (we had the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View) and all areas of the hotel was always clean. Thanks to all the staff at reception for helping us settle in and ordering taxis each night! The breakfast had a lot of options on offer and the staff were very attentive each morning. We spent a lot of time around the pool and the beach, and the service was exceptional - special thanks to 'Seref' and 'Ahmet' for looking after us, with a vast array of drinks and food and it was always nice to speak to them each day! There are 2 bars and a patisserie and we always enjoyed a few drinks last thing at night, as it was such a lovely place to sit and drink - special thanks to 'Ruken' for making our holiday special each night, where she always served us with a smile and asking how we are! ‘She is a massive asset to the hotel!’ The small towns of Alacati and Cesme are both beautiful, and I highly recommend you visit these places nearby - taxis are easy to get and I highly recommend a boat tour if you get the chance. In summary, the hotel is incredibly well run, really clean and very beautiful. We loved each area of the hotel and the array of services, food & drink it had to offer. The staff were all very friendly and always willing to help. We really appreciated the support from 'Nuha' who is the reservations manager, and she was always happy to assist and provide local information & activities. We will definitely be coming back next year and this is the first time we have ever said that! Thanks to Cocos the Club Solto hotel for such a wonderful stay and I highly recommend you book this place for your next holiday!

The hotel is fantastic for so many reasons. Rooms are perfectly cleaned each day. Refills are made for the minibar without any missings. Beach is faboulous, and hotel is clean and refreshing in general. We have a 2 year old kid, and the hotel is a perfect place for the children. You can always find baby chairs, the beach is only sand and very shallow for at least 50 metres. Nobody harrasses you because of your children. But the BEST thing is the STAFF!! From the kitchen, to the restaurant, from the bar, to the beach, whoever works there, surely works with loving their job. We have never seen any face other than smiling. We enjoyed every single second of our stay. Most special thanks to Mrs. Ecem & her sister, who are working at the hotel as staff members. Extra ordinary service!! Also many thanks to the Food & Beverages Chef, Mr. Hasan! He takes every feedback into the consideration. We will definetely visit the hotel again next year.

The Spa place definetely needs an improvement. During the massage, you can hear many people shouting and screaming from the indoor swimming pool, which is built next to the massage rooms.. (facepalm) The towels that are given for the beach, always smell massage oil. They should be seperately washed in my opinion...

Super friendly staff Clean and comfortable room. Balcony of the room came very handy to sitback and relax. Nice windy weather of Alaçatı, keeps it breathable at night. Push button snack service to the beach was great. Private and free parking space. Breakfast was great. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Very weak internet via hotel wifi. There’s only a bath tub and no walk in shower, difficult to move in and out. Hotel restorant is low quality but expensive as per Turkish standards. Shallow sea water. Good for kids but not good for proper swimming. Generally disturbingly laud music at pool bar. Nearby facility at beach side is also radiant of laud music. If you are looking for a real quiet place, you might consider twice.

Almost everything was perfect.. the place is very quiet and relaxing, The rooms were clean and spacious. staff were amazing from reception to their catering team. The breakfast was also amazing with a wide variety, likewise, the hotel’s restaurant offers a range of the tastiest meals. Best part was having a sandy beach( no pebbles) which was our main goal for a lovely holiday :)... Would definitely come back again for a holiday get away ;).

nothing much to say! The only thing i would mention is if you don’t eat meat or fish their won’t be alot of options for food, as for me I only eat chicken which i found abit difficult to find in their menus however managed to eat pasta instead :)

Staff and service were amazing. Breakfast was really good, staff bring tea, coffee, juices etc. directly to your table when you asked. Its free of charge at the breakfast. There were an a la carte restaurant for lunches or dinners, prices were OK, and meals were tasty. They are serving to the beach as well. You can pay directly to the restaurant or you can pay during the checkout. Sea is an unexpected surprise, totally big plus, very clear and calm water. Sandy beach is windy but its too normal, its Cesme. Hotel has a cafe, its open 24/7, with tasty cakes. They have lots of extra services, even baby sittings. We used taxi for transportation to Alacati (around 90 try, one way).

Just the bathtub in the bathroom, its hard to get inside/outside.

I cannot describe how amazing this place was. I just got back this morning and I am missing it so much. The views were beautiful, hotel was top class and the breakfast and dinner was divine! The staff and team were so hospitable, so kind and so professional in every way. Ender was super helpful throughout my stay, and always advised me on visiting local places and how to get there. Getting a taxi was super easy and the quaint town of Alaçati is only about 6 min drive away. The ladies at the spa were also lovely, and the massage therapist whose name has skipped my mind, gave the most amazing medical massage! One of the best massages I ever had, I had to go back the next day! Everything was perfect and I am already planning on going again next year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury trip and to recharge your batteries. It truly is like a mini Maldives :)

Wonderful choice for breakfast. Big bed. Staff always willing to help. Provided plenty of bottled water. Loved white sandy beach - no pebbles.

Internet was intermittent. Bathroom a little outdated.

Hotel is very beautyful, greak style. There is bell boy very nice person, very attentive. Swiming pool is great.Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is cloth to Alacati by car or taxi.

Breakfast is poor, I did not like menu in restaurants, most of the staff do not speak English, so sometimes it's difficult to comunicate wirh them.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for something away from the busy streets of Alacati. As we visited towards the end of the season it was very quiet and a little chilly but exactly what we were after for a few days. There is a lift at the hotel so suitable for those with a little one or walking difficulties. The layout of the hotel is very well thought through as you can see that in the season it’s not a place that is likely to feel too busy. Despite being out of season the staff made us feel very welcome and made sure all our needs were met. I was the only one going in the sea as it’s a little cold in October but would highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys sea swimming. It’s a sandy beach with very few pebbles as you enter the water. It’s quite shallow so you do have to walk out a fair distance before you can enjoy deep water. The breakfast was excellent and we did eat in the hotels restaurant one evening and the food was very good. The staff were also helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend Fahri’nin yeri which is an exceptional fish restaurant that is only 4 minutes drive from the hotel. I would definitely return in the future and probably a little earlier in the season to experience the full service.

I don’t think it would be fair to comment too much as it wasn’t in season but the only thing I could recommend is to finish the car park opposite so that others didn’t park on the street and create access issues to the entry and exit of the car park. The only other point I would make is for the beds to be a little firmer but that is a personal choice and not may be an issue for most people.
