The hotel consists of different buildings. I stayed in the main, new one. The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job! As well as the animators entertaining the crowd with various shows and dances every night. (Don't forget earplugs if you go to bed early). The kids club was also great: many activities and games, and very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was very delicious: many vegetables, olives, cheeses and various meats. I think everyone could find something which they like!

- The way to the beach was difficult if you had little children. The pavements were under construction, so we had to walk on the bicycle path where cyclists and electric scooters went full speed. - Sometimes a pack of stray dogs were running on the beach. - I wish there could be a bigger choice of fruits in the hotel's restaurant. In the supermarket next door, apricots, plums, cherries could be found at low prices. - The mattress was hard, not comfy.

It was worth the money. The room was in the new building so it was nice and clean. The food was good (you could always choose between fish, meat or chicken), always big variety of vegetables. Also sometimes we didn’t want to have lunch at 12:00 so we could go to the snack bar near the pool later. (There you could have proper lunch with some meat, veggies etc.) The biggest plus of this hotel is aqua park. My child was happy, however working time could be a bit longer. I must say about entertaining program as it was always lovely. Every day they have kids disco and after different show for adults. The staff was kind. Most of them could speak English, even if not there always will be someone who can help. So generally it was nice.

We came to the hotel on 13th of May and the water in aqua park was super cold. It was horrible. In the big pool better but still quite cold. But after 3-4 days water was better, so probably it just because of beginning of the season. But for people who don’t like cold water, just plan your journey later. And the biggest problem of the hotel is that it’s quite far from the beach. Especially when you have toddlers it’s not very nice to walk with all your staff to that beach. But beach itself is quite nice. However there was always so big waves, so it was dangerous to swim, especially with child. And the sand is only at the beach club, near the sea it’s stones like ground, which is really painful.

The wi fi signal is disconnected every single half hour and you need to connect back - because of the VPN of the hotel - could be very annoying if you are working for example Even if everyone speaks enough English to have a simple conversation, the main language spoken is Russian, because plenty of Russian tourists are here. For example if someone explains some rules for a pool game, all the instructions will be in Russian and a quick resume will be in English. But the staff is helpful and if you ask them again, perhaps they will answer.

The gem of the hotel is aquapark - it is really amazing for kinds of all age ) even adults have fun there ) Everything is new and clean in it. Otherwise - just regular hotel with acceptable food, hotel beach is in 10 min walking distance, which is quite tricky under the sun with kids.

All inclusive works only from 14 to 17 at the beach and you only can have coffee, ice-cream and guzleme, all other food and drinks are not free. After 17 and before 14 - only paid stuff (rather expensive)

Lot of activities for kids. Location is very good, close to restaurants and shops and easy access to the beach

Main pool is small and crouded

The hotel is very clean, the staff is super nice and friendly. They have good shows in the evening. The pool was also very clean with great slides. The food has great variety and very tasty. Also the all inclusive service is great, you can literally eat or drink anytime. The hotel has a full time nurse so if there is a medical problem,they can help immediately. The kids club and the arcade are also great. The night shift of the waiters, Mary, Lucy and their collages were extremely nice and helpful. 😊 We totally recommend it for a family with kids.

It's a bit far from Antalya airport. The family room wad a but small for 3 kids together with parents. The kids club is open for shorter times during the day. It would be nice to be able to use it more often especially between 11-15 when the sun is burning. But these are small things, the overall experience was great!

Staff, Food, Location and water park are beyond the expectation This hotel is so perfect for family with children between three to fourteen years old. My little children had great time, the water park and shows/entertainment are amazing fabulous. The staff on the restaurants, canteen and all around the hotel are amazing and hard working kept the place so tidy especially Marry. Overall the staffs deserve all the credits.

Air condition facilities are horrific, customers should not be sweating inside the hotel for heat. During June/July and August Alanya is very hot, this hotel needs proper Air Condition to cool down its customers, mean while there is no AC in the living room as i had a family room. And there is no AC on corridors and lift, everyone wa roasted by heat and humidity. And they do not provide Iron neither iron board, that was my horrible experience ever.

Aqua park facilities were amazing. Staff was very warm and positive. Room was clean.

Food was just ok, but they could increase the quality by decreasing the types of meals.
