I felt really comfortable and had a wonderful time at sette serenity hotel. Especially the staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous! The cleaning persons, the guys at the reception, the girls who were responsible for breakfast etc… everyone was so friendly! :) Special thanks and greetings to jacub and his team at the pool bar. :) All of you guys did a great job! :) Other things I liked: - food and drinks were delicious and fresh - 2 minutes walk to the beach - the bed was comfortable - clean and cozy rooms - I had a stunning view from the balkony - good atmosphere - enough beach chairs at the pool

Everything was absolutely fine! ;) There were a lot of russian guests and unfortunately some of them were very rude. But this is nothing, you can blame the hotel for!!

Amazing value for the price! Clean, recently renovated, fresh and high quality food in all inclusive, nice location close to the shops/ restaurants and the beach. It is for adults only, so no children and animators around, which was a plus, as it was quiet in the evening.

Friendly staff and cleaning ladies, good clean rooms , close to Oba beach.

Some other hotel guests making too much noise in the late hours - not the hotels fault tho.

The all inclusive is good but it gets repetitive. However the hotel is really nice the look of it is really nice it’s very clean good swimming 2 min walk from the beach

The hotel had a lot of hidden costs such as in all inclusive but you have to pay additional for drinks like iced tea cold coffees. Beware you have to pay extra for a safe box beach beds etc so watch out for those. Also the room cleaning /housekeeping isn’t up to par. Once the pillow sheet had blood in it but as soon as I let reception know they changed it

Location, room is quite neat, reception, good breakfast, they accept no card booking) A guy at the reception offered be free lunch while i was waiting for my room to check in

Closeness to the beach.

There was no warm water in the mornings. Twice happened that there was no tap water at all. Towels were not changed, even though we gave tips. Once I put towels on the floor to give a sign; instead they put them on the balcony and I noticed there was a poo on them, so disgusting! Breakfasts were fine, but the person who was supposed to put food on the plates, usually lost control and people were taking everything by themselves, while he was shouting at me only to wait for my turn. It was written that all rooms are sound-isolated but that is not true; we could clearly hear TVs from other rooms and other people taking showers. Wifi was very slow, could not load almost anything. It is a new hotel but definitely not a four-star one but maybe 2, and not for that value of money.

We have booked all inclusive stay with my boyfriend and expected not paying any extra. Forget about it! The buffet was really poor, same food every single day, very cheap frozen chicken nuggets, some vegetables, chips, olives and some salads. Everything was cold after 10 minutes of opening the buffet. Drinks included? Tea, coffee, water, beer - literally nothing else. The bar was open till 11pm but all alcoholic drinks extra 60-80 liras, coke and other soft drinks 30l iras. It’s a joke. In case you need sun-bed in “private beach” you need to pay extra 10 liras. Wifi in our room was barely working, we couldn’t even watch a movie. I would NEVER give 4 star to this particular hotel.
