the room was spacious and the bed comfortable and warm. Breakfast was decent. The star were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English.

The walls are quite thin, so I could hear talking and sounds from other rooms. some of the lights were not working and the aircon only worked on fan mode but non of these were bad enough for my stay that I would have complained about them.

Location is super. It is surrounded by many different nice restaurants. There are few parks around, shops, pharmacies. I liked it a lot. design, furniture, service, all equipment in the room worked perfectly. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

Leakage of water in the bathroom, was not fixed during my stay (3 days), Hope they will do it until the next guest will arrive:)

Accommodation is very good for youngsters and seniors too. Good, safe neighbourhood. There are lots of excellent Turkish and international food served restaurants (fish restaurant so close) attentive service, taxi rank, fruit and veg shop, a lot of money exchange ability, tobacconist, banks, cafés, cake shop within walking distance, hotel staff polite, attentive, the breakfast plentiful, lots of delicious fresh cheese, fruits, jams, dried fruits, cakes, savoury breakfast with fried snacks, very good value for money, unfortunately only on the last day did I try the cherry jam …

A cosy place with excellent staff such as Ms Eda, Ms Yasemin, Mr Atakurd and specially Mr Kemal.

reception Burak bey helped a lot, we had pleasant stay due to Burak bey. besides there is lovely restaurant at first floor, called reserve, which had really delicious meals. The hotel is located next to embassies and cafes which was really good. center and avms are down of the hill, going down hill is nice but climbing back would be lil bit exhausting, overall hotel is good value for money

hotel needs to renovate their pipe system, as we could here next rooms toilet flushes and showers)) bathroom is too small and lamp in it wasnt working properly curtains needs to be cleaned as they were dusty

We needed a hotel near embassy and it fit pretty well. Few restaurants around, clean and quite street, taxi just around the corner. Personnel was nice too Keep in mind that outside of the hotel almost no one speaks english :)

Pleasant neighbourhood in the central district, it's easy to get around. Our room was clean and tidy, equipped with all the facilities promised. The breakfast was fabulous, with the amazing view from the terrace as a bonus. We enjoyed our stay!

Nothing to complain about.

It’s at very good neighborhood. It’s at diplomatic area. Bust stop is just opposite the hotel. You can take any bus No 114, 304, 308 from there to Kizilay City Center. Ankara card is available from Kizilay metro station. Area Taxi Stand - Petek Argentine is just opposite hotel too. The main attraction of Ankara are within 4 kilometers of the Hotel and accessible through public transport or Walk: Anitkabir (Mausoleum of Mustapha Kamal) Ankara Castle CerModerm President Symphony Auditorium Museum of Anatolian Civilization Ankara Central Station & Shopping Mall Kizilay AVM shopping mall. Hotel offers very good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. You are at walking distance of Ankara High Fashion Street - just at turn from nearby Sheraton Hotel. Good toiletries, sleepers and exceptional cleaning. A good value for money. I would have rated 10 but Hotel needs to change mattresses as these are worn out. Internet was intermittent at my room 411 - end of lobby and cornered. 3 Routers/Extenders are placed at building center. However the reception at far end is low. WiFi 6 deployment would be better.

Very nice location, helpful staff, great breakfast options and overall good food at the restaurant. The bedroom is spacious, with a desk, small sofa, kettle. There is a taxi stop right next to the hotel, which is convenient. I will come back, thank you!

It smelled a bit of cigarette in the bedroom and I could hear my neighbours' TV on. Wi-Fi in the bedroom is a bit low for a zoom meeting, but I could still manage.

I could go anywhere it’s easy accessible to bus and train even taxi , the room was comfortable the people where very friendly and made me feel at home, the breakfast was awesome 👏 I loved this hotel

I think me going to Ankara and all over turkey this was one of the best hotels and the area was very friendly also the people so nothing was a miss
