Desk/parking staff were friendly and helpful, including laundry service. The cleaning staff was understanding when we needed the room during a cleaning time, and did a good job cleaning. The TV worked well and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of foods and drink, although coffee had to be bought at their coffee shop, which also serves as the breakfast room. The coffee shop was a nice, quiet place out hang out any time of day.

Our shower drain was slow and the room a bit cramped--a little more shelf space in the bathroom/main room would be good.

The room decor is modern and refreshing and a decent size.I have stayed here previously and on my last visit had a better room. All amenities in the room are provide. Room service is available from the restaurant. Arranged taxis as I needed. Local supermarkets and park within walking distance. Good WiFi . Staff speak English.

I paid cash for my stay and no matter how many times I asked I never received my change . It’s a principal issue that if a company doesn’t have change they take the short fall - not the customer. Lighting in the room is a little dark.

Thr location is excellent. The breakfast was various and delicious. Coffee was nescaffee, no turkish coffee or espresso. Free parking near by. It was easy to find place. Good wifi. Big comfy bed.

The bathroom drain was not working well enough and the floor got easily filled with water. Too big pillows. They are not good for sleeping. There was no fridge in the standard double room and no desk (visible in 1 picture but not true)

The staff, in general, was great. As I have traveled with my family, staff behavior was very important for me. Helping us with all our inquiries was greatly appreciated.

Although everything was up to my expectation, only one staff members attitude ruined the experiance. When i wanted to pay for my rooms, the lady at the reception (i believe her name was Derya) insited us to pay more than agreed price. The lady tried charging me £50 more than original price, when i spoke with the gentelman in the morning, he charged us with the correct price and ensured us that she will be reported.

location is good, decent breakfast buffet that has an omelette station. AC is quite strong, but you can control it. staff are quite helpful and accommodating. Good shower. I like the idea of having a decent cafe by the road, managed by the hotel.

wifi is available but was unstable, impossible to have efficient work conference calls, connection suddenly gets too slow in the middle of the call preventing me from continuing with the call. I ended up using using my roaming data on my phone l, activating hotspot so I can work on my pc. The staff stated they had their technical team working on it, however it was not improving for long

Great location near Kugulu Park a short walking distance to shops and restaurants, close to bus stops, taxi rank next to the hotel. Rooms are a good size, superb bathroom, restaurant / cafe on site which has fair prices. Good breakfast selection. Spotting the artwork was fun.

Just bad luck but on this trip people in the next room were noisy, having arguments late in the night. 3rd trip to this hotel and this is the first time noise from another room was an issue.

The hotel is very comfortable. I liked the interior, it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The food at the hotel was also very good. The hotel is in the heart of the city, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can also walk in the streets around the hotel. The room is very quiet and warm.

The air conditioner in the bathroom was making a lot of noise, a rattling sound. Maybe the fan was faulty, hopefully that will be fixed.

I must first say that considering the price, the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and new. The breakfast buffet was average in size but excellent in quality. Another important advantage was having free outdoor parking.

The floor of the room was not carpeted and the material of the floor was inappropriate. The water in the shower cabin was leaking towards the toilet, which caused the bathroom floor to get wet.

Everything is oerfect about the hotel except that it is in business area. So u wont find markets around like pharmacy if you need it urgently. Besides that the hotel is great and provides good value for money with its nice staff. Since it is during the covid time, i did the dinner at the hotel itself (you have to pay separately). The fish was great and nicely prepared. Assuming that I believe that the food overall is good.

It is in business area so you have to take taxi or public transport to visit places.
