The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and exceeded all our expectations! Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service

The food in the restaurant is not always tasty and the main pool was quite cold. These are the only things I could think of from the disadvantages

The customer service was fantastic and went above and beyond my expectations. All staff always greet you with a smile on their face and are always more than happy to help you with any problem. The hospitality is outstanding with a warm welcome from them from the begning of your trip to make you feel comfortable. The staff are very friendly and always engage in a converstation with you, whilst staying profesional at the same time. The rooms are cleaned everyday to high standards and are always focused on detail and perfection, therefore making it the most perfect vacation.

Perfect place for relaxing and skiing. Hotel is at 2200 meter and next to ski and other mountain activities. We were welcomed warmly and checkin was smooth. They offered free coffee as welcome drink as it was -3 degree when we reached. Rooms were nice and comfy. Hotel facilities are top notch - spa, swimming pool (including ourdoor), restaurants. About pool, We can go from inside pool to outside pool (warm water) and it was snowy and that made our day and visit successful. Food and drinks offered in restaurants are reasonably priced not inflated due to Mountain. I’ll definitely visit again when I visit turkey.

Loved everything in the hotel from the manager to the Gambodee room (kids play area where you can keep them and they contact you.. the women at the kids Gambodee are so lovely and kind), all employees were amazingly nice. Very Clean and cozy hotel.

Smoking is not allowed indoor but employee are not stopping clients from doing it in the main restaurant unfortunately.

The location was ideal, with direct access to the slopes and beautiful views of the mountain. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The restaurant and lounge were fine - the menu wasn’t extensive but the food was decent.

I was planning to stay in Kayseri and made a last-minute decision to book. When I asked the concierge they quoted me 400 Euro a night, which would not have been worth it for a solo traveler. I got a much better rate on Booking.com, so thanks Booking.com!

The resort is very nice and the facilities are great. The swimming pool has a spectacular view! The staff are all quite friendly and helpful, particularly the people who work at the ski rental place.

There was limited access to restaurants I felt and we ate at the hotel restraunt for our 4 night stay. The ski lift was closed which was also slightly dissapointing however it should be open during the ski season , so hopefully you will not have that issue .

Good ski resort with all in one facilities

Staying at the annex building (across the hotel main building) which was not equipped with all hotel’s facilities, requires shuttle for mobility and not easy to be reached on foot

The hotel is a contrast to the rest of the premises around Erciyes Ski resort, exceptional location, exceptional facilities and motivation of staff. Although they have been open recently, everything is well-thought and complete. Remarkable investments. Restaurants, kidsclub, ski-center, swimming pools, spa were exceptional and above the Alpine resort standards we experienced in France, Switzerland and Austria. Even their is direct flight from Amsterdam (AMS) to Kayseri (ASR) we took. Definitely, it will be favourite for in next seasons and we will be coming back.

Nothing I can mention those we did not like. As hotel is vert recently opened there are very minor areas for improvement however hotel management is full aware of those and they have plans to close those gap as soon as March. I think in next season, kids club will be attended by contracted kindergarten even during the weekdays and this will be great help for the crowded families like ours :)

perfect location, 100 meters from lifts, very friendly and helpful staff. nice spa with the pool outside, nice equipment rent office. everything is comfortable and everybody in the hotel try to help you.

there are some problems with heating in the hotel. It was so hot in our room that it’s was practically impossible to sleep. they tried to solve this problem, but didn’t succeed
