We are staying in this hotel for the second time and are happy about it. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed,a sofa and a desk. The bathroom has both showe and a bathtub. The breakfast is nourishing and tasty with lots of hot dishes to choose from. The staff is welcoming . We especially like the hostess Alsu who speaks Russian and organized a beautiful cake for my husband 's birthday! The whole atmosphere of the hotel is a shick and wealth. There is a great odour everywhere. The swimming pool and hammam are really great.

The hotel needs renovation, of course. There are many stains on the carpet, the wall paper also is dirty. In general the condition of the hotel is OK but in detail...Also there was no floor cleaning during our stay.

What a wonderful hospitality! Upon checking in we received most incredible surprise, tray with delicious variety of fruit and dried fruit. We were so surprised. It’s like they knew that my sis was celebrating her name day. We have had most beautiful view, amazing upgrade, huge suite with all amenities on a high floor. We felt very special and would absolutely recommend this location and hotel to anyone. Gym and pool were huge with a terrace where you can sun bathe Shopping around is amazing! We found so many treasures at half the price of any store in Istanbul! Old Fort from Roman times, lovely mosque, park, bazaar, all within walking distance, along with a metro stop. Could not be happier. Airport is maybe 15 minutes away

This hotel was a Hilton before so you can feel the quality as soon as you enter. Car park was efficient. Rooms (we has an upgrade for an executive room) very nice and big even they are not very new. All of the staff was always smiling and working hard to make you happy. Hotel in at the main center of Kayseri, walking distance to all main attractions, local shopping and has a Starbucks and big super market under it. Also there is very nice club (Jolly Joker) in the hotel. Breakfast was super goed with a large open buffet. If you want to see Cappadocia its only 1 hour drive and If you want to ski at Erciyes its 20 minutes drive.

We paid 60 TL for a bonnet to swim in the indoor pool. Indoor pool was cool for us and has no spa, sauna or hammam. Drink prices in the cafe and minibar were too expensive. You hear the prayer from the near mosque (from the speaker) early in the morning (at 6.15am for February).

First of all when you enter the hall it impresses you with a huge, beautiful chandelier. Staff was very friendly. Our cleaning lady (9th floor) was very nice and sweet woman, she made our room perfectly clean. Mr.Deniz at reception was helpful and welcoming. Also breakfast was great. The variety of meals was huge. Everything was delicious. The steaming room was hot enough and very enjoyable after snowboarding day. Hotel's location is perfect, from both sides you have a nice view. We loved it.

Swimming pool's temperature could be a little bit warmer, around 27-28, but it was only 25 so it wasn't pleasant to spend time there. There is a heater at the balcony where people smoke near the restaurant, but it didn't work.

The Hotel is placed in the very center of Kayseri. So anything is quite near. The central place with the Mosque can be a bit noisy. But the most noise came from the marketing for the election. Kayseri is not as loud as other big cities. The rooms are very spacy and comfortable.

I did not expect that smoking could be an issue in a Hotel. The room smelled a bit due to former smoking. So choose a nonsmoking room.

The location is unbeatable. The staff complemented this property very well

The facilities were not properly maintained and checked prior to guest arrival. There were a few maintenance niggles like a leaking shower pipe and a broken door card reader (amongst a few other things). However, the staff redeemed this by how quickly they were able to solve all of the issues.

Everything! From the staff helping parking our vehicle to taking our lugagge to the room. The breakfast, the view from the room the rooftop restaurant was insane,a chef from the masterchef works there. The swimming pool, the rooftop view kf mount Ergei after a swim is special. The gym has all the equipment you can think of. There's even a hairdresser in the hotel! Bed was so amazing so comfortable and room so spacious

If you want to stay in Kayseri, that should be your first choice. Absolutely great, from reception to cleanliness and the staff in general. Breakfast was rich and the amenities were top notch. Thank you for the easy early check in and the automatic upgrade of my room to Executive King Room. The room was great and the look outside from the window was the best watch of the city. Definitely next time again.

Nice and spacious rooms. Great location as it is next to a mall with a supermarket and food court and also next to the Seljuk Museum and the City main square with a tram station. Only 10 minutes from the Airport. We stayed there for 3 nights as a base to explore Erciyes and Cappadocia.

Large room, exceptionally clean, nice staff, good location in the centre. Reasonable price for 5 stat hotel. Huge and comfy bed (once you lie down, you don't want to get up).

Air conditioning inside the room did not seem to work very well. Non smoking room still had cigarette smell in it. Possibly because the hotel is quite old.
