The whole team was very friendly. A special mention for Tamila,Pelin,Metman,Erhan of the Front Desk; Selim from the Bar,The girl ( forgot her name) from the Coffee kiosk,the staffs from the restaurant, all were really friendly and helpful. There was a young boy of the front desk ( forgot the name again !) Was exceptional. And ,of course,the hotel Manager,Osman looked after me like I was some VIP !!! Everyone made sure that I was well looked after from arranging for my trips to organising packed breakfast and lunch on my day trips. Of all my holidays,this is by far the best experience.

Maybe, a little more English speaking staffs. Although,on my stay,I was the only Non-Russian guest,they all tried the best to make me comfortable. I cannot thank enough. I am already to come here next year.

Nice location 350m from the beach, excellent international women staff (can't say the same about local men personnel), good value for money, animators were doing their best (thx)

Furniture, rooms, facilities are little bit tired, food was monotony but good for adults, not many healthy (poridge) choices for children but plenty of desserts

The hotel had a lot of activities and we found and good deal. When we arrived early, our room was ready as we were tired. The rooms are very clean and there was everything you need. The food and drinks during our whole stay was all inclusive and the food was great. Cannot fault anything at the restaurants as every staff was very hard working and really I really appreciate the service. Special mentioned to Ersan who was stationed at Lunch/Dinner service and Ekrem who was stationed at the snack bar was outstanding and gave a stella service. They anticipated all our needs and always had a smile and willing to help. FLAWLESS. The hotel activities and facilities for my kid was perfect and the 5 mins walk to the beach was very pleasant. If I came to the same area, I would book again but just to let others know the hotel is mostly targeted to serve Russian guest. We were not bothered by this. Breakfast was very good, only lacking variety, the same every day. Eggs, omelette and pancakes were unfortunately not available after 10am. The lunches and dinners were excellent, with a great choice of meat, pasta and vegetable dishes and salads. Lovely cocktails and drinks with alcoholic and non-alcoholic punches!

After comparing a few Armas hotels, Kaplan has absolutely best foods, the only one offers service in English, safe parking inside of a property, security gates. It offers the best prices on accommodation and spa and great entertainment and shopping. Even though it was pretty busy, it came across as the most cozy hotel with no cutting corners on services and gourmet cuisine

Beach is accessible by 5 min walk or free transfer by a cart that drives back and forth

1) The large green territory, there are 2 separate swimming pools for adults and children. 2) Good coffee in the separate corner for relax. 3) Very tasty night soup. 4) Animation is before 12am and not too loud

1) Fish restaurant has the waiting list and we didn't visit it because the list was full for our dates 2) Hours for towels 3) There was snake in the territory (not as entertainment)

I was able to choose my room at check-in. Staff at reception was very kind in explaining everything. Room was nice and comfortable. Air conditioning was new. Hotel is placed in amazing forest garden. There is shadow everywhere, including on the alley to the beach. Very nice for walking and enjoying nature. Great aqua park with 3 slides (although stairs seam to be a little dangerous) . Food is decent but nothing spectacular. For the priced payed it had excellent value. You can't expect more. We will gladly be back.

The main restaurant food are is a too crowded and there is a clear shortage of staff. Some food lacks quality (especially breakfast). Beach/pool beds are not comfortable (could use a mattress).

• Very nice location, easy to reach by car. • Large territory with a lot of facilities like pools and table tennis. • Beach is about 10 mins walk, but the path goes under pine trees so it's all in the shade. There's also a transfer service to the beach.

Don't park at the far end of the parking lot — you'll find your car covered in some tree sap that's hard to get off.
