The hotel was lovely. Food was good.

I travelled with my young daughter . I wish I'd known that this hotel was quite formal and that English speaking people don't visit. The hotel was vey focused on German and Turkish visitors which is fine of course but neither my daughter nor myself spoke to anyone for the seven days we were there. Also the beach wasn't very nice . The sand was very gritty . You are not allowed to walk along the beach just the bit that belongs to your hotel. Anatalya Airport is horrendous, this alone would put me off going again.

The head of the restaurant who works at night, sorry, I lost his name, no hair, he's like me😄 it does its job perfectly. I'm not writing this to you for no reason, because I was the manager of a large restaurant chain in Zurich, just so you can understand me better. and I think it should be a manager I haven't even seen. the guy is perfect. staff fantastic, preferably a little better knowledge of the language, just a little, then it can be combined with facial expressions, I also put managers of the fields! that as managers they should know at least two languages. I am Had to know 4 languages. bartender!!!

all of them are super fast and too fast even for such a speed and maximum used time, simply TOP. and I will definitely come again. Food and facilities was super nice, Parking is free and staff is helpful, overall very comfortable stay.

Nothing but my wife and I felt sad about the daily food waste since the buffet sometimes end with lots of dishes not even touched.

Our room was upgraded to a Family Room, which was a wonderful and thoughtful surprise from the hotel. It made our stay feel special, as all of the kids could sleep in their own area, separate from the adults, while still being in one suite. I also want to highlight the food quality; it was truly delicious.

It's a minor thing, but I would recommend starting the evening show just a bit earlier.

I went there on a family vacation and enjoyed my time very much. every thing for me was excellent( food, staff, facilities) . the entertainment team is also very active . organizing pool events all day . the only minor thing that i did not like is that the beach requires is a little bit far, at least to me ( carrying baby stuff) :) but its the same for all other hotels. i do recommend this hotel . special thanks to Mehmet in the reception and Emine Esmiran Kader and others whose names i cant remember , all were super nice , helpful and supportive.

the swimming pool,water slide,sauna,billiardo,tennis,the bars,the food,the restaurant food and the kanefa,rice pudding and everything about the food was awesome,building is clean

room service,workers can't speak English or different languages,they don't have toothpaste or conditioner,the pillow is not comfy,the hotel is very expensive and the room and bed was too small for all of my family to fit in it,no shops near by

I like the pool area and the beach bar area. The Lobby lounge was cute. There was a lot food but needs improvement. My stomach hurt a bit do you the food.

No music at Pool area just at the pool bar we sat near the kids club so we didn’t hear it. During the Entertainment time they would put music and that was nice. There is NO KIDS menu, kids options are very limited at buffet it was hard for my son to eat during the stay. The “burger” at the pool bar was awful. Like cardboard. Food at the beach bar is much better than anywhere else. The room had out dates furniture. The bar staff needs to be friendlier and the cocktails aren’t well made. However, beer was really nice.
