I had the best time ever at this hotel. The location was perfect and the breakfast was really good with lots of food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and a special thank you to Eylem. She was so helpful, super friendly and one of the nicest receptionist ever. She made sure everything for me and my family was perfect and always went above and beyond for us. She was super helpful and helped us with so many places to visit and always made sure we had everything we need. Eylem made the stay amazing and made my time at the hotel so perfect. I already miss the hotel so much and will definitely stay at this hotel when I come back to Antalya. Also wanted to say thank you to Ugur who was really friendly and helpful. He also made sure we felt comfortable and would always bring whatever we needed. Overall, I had an amazing experience at this hotel and I cannot wait to come back. Eylem and Ugur really made the stay special and super welcoming. Thank you for everything.

The breakfast was very good so many options which is very good. The location was amazing I was very close to everything around me especially shopping l like the area so much.

The blanket for the beds it will be nice if the blanket little thicker, and also the staff need to learn more English.

The staff were very kind and helpful and the food was certainly full of things I'd never tried before but I loved it. Although people have their shortcomings for this hotel, I like it here and would definitely return.

The beds are a bit hard and the maid doesn't throw rubbish out. Also the little bald man was a bit harsh and glared at us a lot that's about it.

hotel is centrally located. Lots of restaurants, hairdressers, barbers and shopping nearby. There is a supermarket round the corner. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds are really nice and firm. That’s how I like them. I chose this hotel as it has its own parking facility. The Porter parks your car and takes it out for you. Perfect. Breakfast was the same every day. Staff are very limited. Hotel was a little expensive. Walk-in guest were charged a lot cheaper than what I paid

The staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Hafize she was so lovely. she's very chatty and always tried her best to help us. she has a lovely smile and greeted us all the time.They also allowed us to have late checkout and leave our baggage at the lobby. The rooms were very clean. I loved coming back to a clean room with fresh bedding.

There is no pool most staff don't speak good English. There is hammam but it's mixed and you do it yourself. I was hoping there was a proper spa facility with staff who do massage etc but I was disappointed.

Location! Close to a mall. A short walk away to the beach. Fifteen minutes taxi ride to the airport. Helpful and friendly staff (especially Ms Hafize at the reception, who served as my GPS during my stay in Antalya). Thank you 😊

Good location. About 15-20 mis walk to old town. The staff is very nice and helpful, although we struggled a bit with language (we speak English)

The bathroom door and toilet seat were not easy to open, they closed themselves. There was also hair in the lobby and the elevator, which stayed there even after informing staff.

I would like to go hajam but the staff were also using it and I really didn't want to go because they were treating me not like a quest

I like this place very much! The hotel is placed near the old Town, it is very comfortable to visit it. Also there is a beautiful waterfall falling the sea between the hotel and the old Town. Also there is a bus stop and a railroad station if you want to go somewhere, for example to/from the airport. The room is very clean and looks fresh, everything works fine. There's all necessary in the room for comfortable living. The staff is always kind and helpful. The food is various and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for the guests

The location of the hotel is nice, easy access to everywhere in a city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. Ali is a nice and kind who welcomed us in a best way possible.
