good stay for a cheap price I liked the terrace I can relax and have a cup of tea.

the boss tried to charge me more than the price I booked.

There was no room service and even laundry was with a fee. the fridge is on the ground floor and if your room is on third floor then you can forget about even using the fridge. at least there should be a mini fridge in all the rooms. the AC takes a few hours to work when initially starting it up.

we were given a room on the 3rd floor baring in mind we had kids, 1 year old and my dad is who has heart problems so climbing those set of stairs everyday was difficult. When we were given an alternative room on one of the closer floors it didn’t meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Location and cheap

Very poor hygiene and uncomfortable rooms/beds/shower/wc. For someone who is looking gor just a night stay, it is doable. Otherwise it is a nightmare

Apartment is a health hazard, exposed wires, plumbing broken, rickety furniture. "Kitchen" area filthy.

not too much.. the window in the room was nice… I also liked the cleaning lady and the old guy at the desk. it has that charming run down kind of feel which I liked when I first arrived but….

the major problem is the false advertising. they charged me one price and then four days in they asked for more for the same room, and this was after the weekend. the young guy who manages the place at front desk but rude and disrespectful. he did not communicate well with me and his staff people. they still wanted to charge me the original price, but he insisted on his elevated price. the room smelled old and mildewing. the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom. they didn’t provide toilet paper. the sheets were old and they didn’t provide a bathroom. on a side note I saw two other guests arguing with them about other random things while I was there… and have you read these other reviews in addition to mine. the price is ok, but they will rip you off if you try to extend your stay. and there are cleaner, nicer and better run places elsewhere for the same or lessor price. I just arrived at my new place and it’s a world of difference better. the staff is friendly and accommodating and the place is clean. Pension arma

The location is the only plus point - close enough to the town and beach, with shops all around.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Uyar Palace in Antalya. Where do I even begin? The sheets were so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemy sleep in them. The towels smelled like they had been used to mop up a sewage spill. Hygiene? Non-existent. Cockroaches, both dead and alive, treated the room as their own personal playground. The window was broken, offering a convenient entrance for anyone or anything from the overgrown jungle-like garden. And don't even get me started on the lack of AC or fans in a room that felt like the depths of hell. The sweltering heat was only rivaled by the buzzing of relentless mosquitoes. The staff can barely understand a word of English. This place is a disaster, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy. They had the audacity to claim that we had booked an "economy" room, as if that term justified subjecting us to conditions resembling a homeless shelter. Apparently, in their twisted logic, "economy" equates to tossing guests into a nightmare rather than simply offering a smaller, less luxurious room. This level of disrespect and disregard for basic standards of hospitality is truly shocking. In the end we paid 350TL per night more for a room that was at least somewhat passable. Still nobody came to clean or change the sheets in the week we stayed there, and I doubt they were changed before the next guests came to stay.
