The staff is amazing, special attention from Nadim who is charge. The staff at reception is always smiling, welcoming and ready to assist you. They are multilingual and over all you feel that you are home. Nadim went above and beyond, he shows that he cares for all of us, specially our little grandson, always trying to help even occasionally when he met us at the local store, he help us as there a heat wave and child was feeling unwell so he brought him back to a shade and bought ice-cream , water and even a hamburger for the little boy. I have no words to express our gratitude to him. The hotel is nearby the most quietly area of Konyaalti beach. Thr beach is just few hundred meters.There are close cafés, restaurants, also the eco-park is few hundred meters, there are playground s and places to walk around the sea front. The bus stop is also nearby, and it's easy to travel to the old town or any other cities from there. The hotel also offers free good quality Wifi , they provided free breakfast, te, fresh water, and give us tips to find nice online takeaway restaurants and recommendations for affordable restaurants and plato visit. The hotel is clean, the swimming pool is always clean, very nice and safe for children. We feel safe and the hotel is quiet at night and also during the day.They also coordinated with a minibus taxi our travel to the airport and they have a taxi service call at the hotel front. We are delighted with the quality of their service and their human qualities overall. We recommend the Luna City Hotel and we are definitely coming back.

Great location, Very nearby to the beach just about 3 min walking, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and chief and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. No noises at all especially at night! Very quiet! It's very important to think about if you're with your family! Room was clean, stylish, room itself was well equipped and comfortable, tv and global channels. AC working well. Daily room cleaning and service was excellent Excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hosts were very friendly and looked after us well. They made us feel like part of their family. They let us have some of their traditional food, bought ice cream from the shop for all of us, and ordered us takeaway whenever we needed.

If I were to be a little critical, I'd say the breakfast could of had a little more option, more fruit, for example and the sun lounger could do with an upgrade. But we enjoyed our stay despite this and wouldn't put us off returning.

The staff was very friendly, delicious meals in the morning, hotel was near at the sea, pool were always clean and of course cozy and comfortable room.

We stayed there a week and got an amazing experience. - This is definitely NOT a massive anonymous block with noisy kids and drunken people shouting - this is a cozy and comfortable family-run hotel were we really could rest during our holiday. No noise, no disturbance, despite very close location to the main road from one side. - The personnel is very friendly and caring - two extremely friendly guys from reception made sure we are feeling welcomed and all our needs regarding the room are met. I can't praise them enough ! - The room was very clean and looked freshly renovated to me, also good modern TV, air con, fridge, etc. - Absolutely gorgeous swimming pool with clean water - fantastic atmosphere. - The breakfast is mainly Turkish cusine, which I personally admire and found very authentic, the food (and bread) were always served fresh and vegetable crispy. - The location is great to go to the beach and even to travel further - the hotel is a short walk from the beach and even shorter to the bus stop on main road, from where you can travel to Antalya city centre with very frequent bus service. - I was very happy and I would definitely stay there again. Perfect cleaning, nice huge breakfast, relaxed, calm, cuiet, friendly. All as described. Me and the children (2 years and 4 years old) stayed for the whole month here happily. November is still warm and the beach is so close! We walked every day to the beach, and to the many children playgrounds arround the hotel. We used solely the tram from the airport to the center and then the bus all the way to the hotel. Public transport is great and gets you anywhere you need. We used the pool daily at the hotel. Went to the small shops near by (1 minute walk). The cleaning in the hotel is excelent! The hotel manager speak good english and helped us out whenever we needed. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon again!

My kids enjoyed it to play also directly at the small playground in the hotel there directly, although it will probably get a new paint and a little refurbished before the new season ;)
