Amazingly friendly staff throughout the hotel, very eager to help and sort out any problems. Very clean hotel throughout, with good facilities. The food options were varied to a degree and there was an abundance of cakes, snacks and drinks. The rooms were clean and up to date. They were fairly quick to resolve issues and make our stay comfortable. They gave us a complimentary meal in their a la carte restaurant, which was nice. The hotel allowed us to remain in the hotel and use it's facilities and have meals on the day of our flight, even after checkout. They sent a lovely birthday gift and decorations, which was a lovely surprise.

Catering for Muslims beyond just halal food is very limited. No prayer room seemed to be on-site. The sauna rooms were mixed, and no female-only pools or spaces. They need to cater for Muslim visitors better. In the winter months, there is a significant lack of children-activities, since the water slides are closed.

not enough lifts the queues to use the lifts to get up to your room was always so long. i had a baby with a pram or I would have walked the 6 floors everyday! The shop prices in the hotel are daylight robbery. we paid 20 euros for one pack of nappies!

Even though it was all inclusive, the ala cart restaurants were not included in the price, I feel atleast 1 restaurant should have been. The food- 1 restaurant would close then the other would open.. they are not open 24hours, the room service is at a cost.

Staff were wonderful as you would expect in Turkey, food was served to your plate so way more hygienic and of good variety, entertainment was excellent, would come again. Very pleased with it.

The lifts were a pain, too small and few and need to be programmed to be a bit more selfish if possible so they don’t stop on every floor on the way down when you’re all crammed in there like a underground train carriage holding your breath waiting to get out but it keeps stopping on every floor, only for more people to sigh at you all as they wait for another to come.

Outstanding, amazing, fantastic place! There was clean places everywhere, it was amazing to see working all the staff for us, this big machine... Room was perfect, the restaurant, all the foods, the qualities... Outside the pool always clear, perfect. Best regards all the Lifeguards at the slides, Irem... 😁😁 Special thanks to Ladies of Schiller Cafe, Kadriye, Beyza and Zelihanur! You all always made our day with your coffees! WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR FOR SURE!!!! 😁😁

The bed in the room was not so comfortable, it was too soft

CANABA Beach Haus is perfekt. The service from all the staff at these CANABA was great, highly recommend. The a la card Italian restaurant, fish restaurant and Asian restaurant are excellent! Unfortunately, I do not recommend the most expensive beef restaurant. The meat was terrible, only the starter and the soup were excellent. The evening entertainment in the outdoor theater was refreshing.

It was a great Hotel, I loved all you can it and Drink. It has a Shisha bar, you should pay extra for Shisha but it's worth, thank you 🙏🌷

beautiful hotel with everything under the sun. one must stay for atleast 3 to 4 days to experience everything. few staff were amazing and would go out of their way.

although it’s all inclusive they charge for some stuff which isn’t stated when you’re booking - entertainment could be better for sure - food gets repetitive after two days. we were allowed only one restaurant one time during our stay. some staff came across as rude especially on the front desk.
