At reception Sema was so helpful with helping us with our bags during check in & Sarp ordering our taxis to&fro the hotel. Restaurant staff was very friendly, the apartment was beautiful & their breakfast one of the best we’ve had in Turkey. We wanted to stay longer

We almost got scammed days before checking in here because of an imposter pretending to be the hotel manager requesting us to pay for the accommodation to secure our booking. The imposter used WhatsApp to communicate. Thankfully we called the hotel first to confirm before making payment. What worried us the most is the imposter got a hold of our details in the first place. Just putting this here so guests are careful.

We stayed at Veranda Suites in Antalya, Turkey for 7 days in July, and had an overall amazing time. The location was great, only 10-15 mins drive from the airport and a relatively short drive to the centre of Antalya. We can't speak highly enough of the staff in Veranda Suites, in particular Abdullah, Ebru and Ali other staff in reception and the restaurant, and their lovely customer service and welcoming nature. The family suite in which we stayed was well sized for 4 people and very tidy. The swimming pool was extremely clean. Cleaning service was very good and regular. The breakfast was very good and had options for all tastes.

The room amenities could be improved with more cutlery and appliances.

The room was comfortable, quiet enough, and clean. The facilities in the room were also enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good as well, we had a very pleasant stay. I guess every place has its own mishaps, just like life. If I were to go to Antalya again, I will choose this property again for sure. The staff was very professional and friendly, too.

I did not like the fact that the cleaning was done every two days instead of daily. Also, somebody rang our room phone at 5:40 AM, I did not manage to answer it, but it totally disrupted my sleep, and nobody explained later on what the call for was for. There needs to be a restaurant menu in each room as well. To order food we had to call the restaurant to send somebody with the menu, wait outside the room for us too choose.

If you are looking for a stay in Antalya (not necessarily a beach vacation) - its pretty nice (you get a pool, big free parking, located conveniently near airport/ short drive to shopping sites). Restaurant is actually pretty nice (food was way better than I expected). In the room you get a kitchen (though no silver/plates).

We stayed in delux room, which is on the second floor (one above the ground) with no elevator. Delux rooms themselves are relatively small (narrow) and have two levels - bed is upstairs. My wife had a knee injury so walking 3 levels to get to bed was a bit of unexpected. On the other hand - not that much of an issue if you are fit and healthy :) If for you are looking for a beach vacation (not our case) - not that convenient - as you'll have to get there/park/return..

Pros: - large, clean swimming pool. - restaurant food is absolutely perfect. I cannot fault it one bit. Their fries, pasta and pizza were super delicious. - the apartment was very clean and modern looking. Our rooms were made up three times during our 7 day stay. They did this efficiently and perfectly. - staff were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. we requested kitchen utensils and they were delivered to us instantly.

cons: - it's hard to write this one, but although the majority of the staff were generally polite, I didn't feel completely comfortable with a few of them. i just sensed a strange vibe and perhaps it was due to the language barrier. i sometimes felt a little uneasy and felt like they were laughing and making comments in their language about us. i could be wrong but I noticed this on more than one occasion. - the location was an issue...we had to take a cab everywhere as everything was over a thirty minute distance (the land of legends park, shopping malls, the old town etc).

The breakfast and the food at the bistro was excellent. Big portions too! The pool was lovely and clean and the apartment was of good size. The staff couldn’t do anything more for you. I will definitely return as the hotel is approx 15 mins from the airport so that’s easy for a quick getaway.

There were no kitchen utensils in the kitchen area at all. We asked for these twice and eventually got some but no mugs which we requested more than twice. A minor point but if the apartment offers the ability to make / cook food, it will be good to have knives forks and crockery available.

Modern, clean and comfortable suites.

Difficult to communicate in English language. Staff had limited understanding of the language, used Goggle translate.

We arrived after midnight but reception was open and there were friendly staff to check us in and show us to our room. There was free parking in the car park at the front of the hotel. We had a suite with a living area, kitchenette and bathroom downstairs then the bedroom upstairs. The place was very modern, clean and comfortable. In the morning we had breakfast which was excellent. Lots of choice of sweet, savoury, hot and cold foods.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet hotel with an excellent vibe in the pool area after the sun goes down. The personal is always friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a free transfer service to Lara Beach (to be specific to L'Arena Beach club, but I recommend walking to other parts of the beach from there).

Nothing really. If you plan to explore the city of Antalya during your stay, you should expect at least a 40min public bus ride (the bus stop is very close though) or pay around 15€ for taxi.

The hotel was beautiful and wonderful. The pool is big and nearly perfect. Our Suite was huge, there were enough space for everything. The accommodation was modern and bright. The air conditioners are work well. The staff is so friendly. The helped us in case of any requirements and/or special questions. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The cleaning is upset. Our Suite was very dirty. We found a lot of space which was never cleaned. It would be nice to ask the cleaning staff to make their job better.
