My flight was canceled and I had to find a place to stay quickly. Without knowing my options, we got the booking for this place based on the reviews and did not regret it at all! The staff was extra helpful and friendly. I was super hungry and it was around 10pm, they called a place I spotted on the way to the hotel, and when there was no delivery they took me to the place by a private car so that I get my food. I also had to leave very early in the morning, which meant missing breakfast, so they prepared a breakfast box for me to take away. They also helped me to order a taxi at 4:30am! What else would someone need? Clean rooms, check! Big rooms, check! Location, check! Lovely staff, check check!

I had a room looking at the road and it was noisy for me. If you are a light sleeper like I am, ask for a room that faces to the other side

Before arriving at the hotel, I made a reservation for the hotel's transfer vehicle. We reached the hotel very easily. The price is almost the same as a taxi. I recommend the hotel's transfer service.

Our room was facing the main road and was a bit loud. Breakfast was Ok but limited choice.

Breakfast was ok, not very wide choice of different dishes, but still there was something to have a normal breakfast. Also I really admired the table for guests near reception, there wele always cookies and juice.

I didn't like the part where you realised that the hotel was staying lonely on the street and it was surrounded by the empty fields, homeless dogs and reconstruction of some other buildings. So, there were no places to go even for 1-2 hours. Also I was trying to go by bus to the airport next morning, it didn't come according to Google timetable, but it is not the problem of the hotel.

You can reach this place from the airport through an Uber style app.The drivers may cancel once they see how far it is .It's about 20 minutes from the airport.The room and everything else is great . Comfortable beds ,quiet .We were happy.We had dinner at the restaurant and it was the worst.Twice I walked the morning buffet and with 40 years experience in restaurants shook my head at what was available.We ate at the airport instead .There's Dominos and markets 5 minutes walk away if you want beer ,water or pizza .Getting an grab/ Uber was easy going to the airport.

The best hotel in terms of price/benefit ratio, I come to Istanbul once a month for business trips. I usually stay in Arnavutköy. I can say that this hotel is the best. I definitely recommend it. The bathroom amenities are very well thought out. Everything you need is available. The breakfast is good, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, you can find Turkish cuisine and fast food products. The hotel is 15 minutes away. I came to the hotel from the airport by taxi and paid 20 euros. However, on my return, I used the hotel's private transfer service and went with a large vehicle and again paid only 20 euros. I noticed that the taxi driver charged too much. You can contact the hotel before arriving and make a reservation.

i checked the distance before arriving at the hotel, it is located 10/15 minutes from the airport. a nice, comfortable and clean hotel. i arrived at the hotel with the hotel's transfer service (25euro). the hotel and general cleanliness is in good condition. restaurant prices and breakfast information are available in the lift. there are notes in the room where you can find all the information about the hotel. there is a paid minibar service. there is room service until 12am. i stayed in a nice room with a balcony. generally the staff is good. wifi is very fast, you can watch films without interruption.

i reached this hotel by transfer service. they have comfortable and comfortable vehicles. they have a polite and good driver. when i compare it with a taxi, i think it is an affordable price. the transfer companies at the airport charge extremely high fees, i recommend you to use the transfer belonging to the hotel. there are hotel staff to carry our luggage when we enter the hotel. the friend at the reception was very helpful and arranged a guided tour for us to visit isanbul (half the price i asked at the airport). the hotel offers a wide open buffet breakfast. there is a la carte restaurant for dinner. the rooms were very good sized. We stayed in hotel for 1 night, rooms are small, but clean and everything is there. Stuff is very friendly, manager (Nargis) gave us very good room in high floor with a good view on the city, lobby boy (Masut) was very friendly as well. Brekfast from 6:30 to 10:00, it was good also, and surprisengly good coffee!Waitress (Phalone) was nice and caring. The restaurant works till night, you can have a lunch and dinner for additional cost. For the breakfast I would suggest add oatmeal/pourige in the menu. Our room had balcony, which was good addition. I would also suggest add softer pillows as an option, for me and my husband it was a little hard. Taxi from/to IST airport takes only 15min and cost 300-400 tl.

I didn’t appreciate how the receptionist rounded up my bill when charging my credit card (you have no right to do that even if it were for a few cents!). The mattress and pillows were very hard. The airport transfer is a rip off: way overpriced, had to wait at the airport for the driver to arrive for like 20 min, and on the way back, the driver (although arrived on time) was on his phone the entire way either texting or watching videos. It was the most reckless driving I have ever seen. It would have been better to take a taxi from the long line of taxis waiting at the airport (at least on the way to the hotel). Careful that you can’t use booking wallet to pay (although booking said that I could when reserving).
