Very friendly and accommodating staff always go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable. The man Naz running the place is a first-class host. The location is ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, the sea, shops, and castle. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with air conditioning. The pool area is nice to sunbathe, and theres a lovely shade area, too. The pool is a nice size too.

My husband and I had a family room. It was really small and would have been a squeeze for more than 2 people. Beds close together, one, wardrobe so couldn't really unpack our stuff. Great location, lovey swimming pool, could have done with more loungers outside. Breakfast included that consisted of fresh bread, olives, marge, jams, one boiled egg, few slices of cucumber and tomatoes.

No space between the toilet and the shower. The fridge was small and just about cold. Room was not cleaned or bin emptied although we asked. You can't flush the toilet paper, we had an overflowing toilet bin in a few days. We were told they could not clean because our stuff was in the room. Only allowed one boiled egg for breakfast.

The staff were absolutely incredible and so so helpful! They absolutely made our stay so much better… we felt so welcome and all our needs were tended to, questions answered and plenty of advice and recommendations given!

The place is a tiny bit run down and could do with some maintenance but everything worked just fine and we were still very happy!

Super nice staff. Always ready to help and give recommendations. Very nice pool and good location. Near the city center but still in a calm street away from the main road and noise.

the wifi signal is connected sometimes and has no internet. it needs to fix. room size is small but location of hotel is perfect and i knew the room would be that size before arriving

The staff are very friendly and the hotel has a family vibe ❤️ we enjoyed our stay and especially jihan made it an unforgettable vecation . You must try their special gazoz mango and anannas a taste to remember

The room is a bit small

I got a double room for about £15 per night. The most impressive aspect of this place is the people. I felt like part of the family. The Owner Naz marshalls his team superbly and I enjoyed many chats with him. I arrived unable to pay my bill until the second day and they trusted me to deliver. Nice decent size and clean pool, breakfast, aircon, bathroom, good WiFi, flat screen TV. In the heart of Bodrum, surrounded by restaurants, shops and bars. I have been travelling for two months and wish I had come here first.
