The room was very nice, had very nice and modern luxurious design and an excellent bathroom. Shower was great, the room had everything and beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely helpful. Thanks for everything! The hotel also has free parking on the back side of the building.

After the room was cleaned, staff usually left the AC on in the heating mode, which made the rooms very warm when we arrived. If the AC is left off in the room by the guests, do not run it. This will also save energy for the hotel as well.

I recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday and was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service provided by the staff. They went out of their way to make my stay extra special by bringing a cake during the breakfast ! It was a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more memorable. The hotel itself was very comfortable and provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality. Thank you to the lovely staff for making my birthday celebration truly special!

I have only ONE observation, nothing else. > There is no television channel broadcasting in English, it doesn't sound much BUT with all these facilities available i.e. Fire TV Stick - International Version, OR Surfshark just a thought for the Hotel Management to consider. Myself I am embedded in my laptop, that's all I need.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family, and this hotel really deserves more than 3 stars. From the moment I arrived every thing was just as I wanted to be. My reservation was ready despite the issue with my visa card. The crib for my baby girl was ready in the room. I liked the connected room privacy. It was at the end of the Cardura. Staff are very cheerful and helpful . There were wide Varity in the breakfast. I really enjoyed it. And I would really recommend this hotel.

The room was very nice, spatious and clean, very comfortable!!! The receptionists and the breakfast staff were super professional, respectful and helpful!!! The breakfast had a good variety of food items. The overall appearance of the hotel was really nice!!!

Some food items of the breakfast may have been spoiled, at least it tasted like that to me.

the hotel was great, clean and comfortable. the staff were super nice, in specific Noor( the receptionist ) we had a problem with the rooms and she was super nice to us and worked hard to solve the problem efficiently. breakfast was very delicious with a lot of options.

clean and quiet. the very gentle man Ameer in reception, and most of stuff were friendly and helpful. All over: it is a good place to pick.

laundry took 3 days for two baby pijama and two boxers and it is costed toooo much .. ask for any price before, otherwise you will get shocked.
