Staff is extremly kind and attentive, they listen and offer help. The room was big and cleaned every day, we have two young kids and yet the room was always shining after each cleaning. The location is great it is close to the Kent shopping Mal and a taxi can bring you in couple of minutes to most touristic attractions.

Nothing in particular, breakfast was average but still fine. From what I saw around, this type of breakfast is standard for most the hotels in that area.

They helped me park my car, reception was very friendly, rooms are clean and spacious my duaghter enjoyed the second bed in the room. Breakfast was good. Alll the staff are soo good and friendly sorry i forgot the names. Enjoy the city and enjoy the Snow <3

Very clean hotel in a great location. There was no alcohol on the premises. Great staff.

The restaurant could have been more in use during the day. The mini bar in the room could have been included in price.staff needed to be able to speak some English as it was very hard to communicate.

It would have been a perfect 10 score if not for the Wifi. The Wifi keeps asking for login every few hours which is really annoying, especially when you go to bed and that disconnect your phone from Internet. I did not use the Wifi due to that. Hope they fix it soon.

Great hotel, fantastic and spacious room. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and located on the 5th floor with a good balcony view. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ali guided us for the tours which was also great. Overall a great hotel.

Everything was good. The staff arranged a parking place for our car.

Breakfast was a little bit poorly. It needs more kind of breakfast Turkish food.

Reception is very helpful. Rooms were a good size especially the triple room. It was very spacious and a big bathroom. The hotel is clean Good location. Walking distance from attractions. Even closer with a Taxi. Will definitely stay here again.

Really great hotel, the staff are really kind and helpful, rooms very comfy and clean, also very spacious. The breakfast was extraordinary. Location is great only a few meters from the mall and city center. I also recommend trying their restaurant for a dinner, it was really great. This hotel is underrated, it’s a great value of money.

If they could manage to improve their WiFi it would more great.

The location is good, and the staff are friendly. Close to the mall, and shops are within walking distance.

The blankets are a kind of sheet and cannot keep you warm.

I totally recommend this hotel! First of all the location is great - near the landmarks of the city. The room (double room) was very big and comfortable. The room and the rest of the hotel were exceptionally clean and well maintained! The staff (Erol and Esengül) was very friendly. They made sure that nothing is missing and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was very various with a wonderful view from the roof of the hotel. As a conclusion it’s was an excellent choice!
