Facilities were excellent, loved the spa. Breakfast was good, I don't understand the negative reviews about the breakfast. There was the standard turkish breakfast, but there was also fruit and cereals on offer. The porter service made everything easier and staff were professional and helpful. Location also good and no noise as area is quiet but close enough to main areas. Room was spacious, nice size bed, bathroom basic but functional. Ac worked fine. Parking was good.

The room itself was carpeted and my allergies were triggered indicating dust a deeper clean is needed. It felt a little stuffy and dusty. Room smelt ever so slightly of cigarette smoke as did the bathroom but this is a struggle all over Turkey and wasn't as bad as some places we stayed in this was despite specifying a non smoking hotel. Coffee isn't great but again this was my experience in most places.

We chose this hotel because it is right next to the historical hamam that was used by Emperor Constanine 1's mother, Helena. I believe it now belongs to the hotel. It is lovely, and you can hire a family room with a large marble bath that is continuously fed by the hot water from the hot spring here. The hotel is nice, the staff are charming, and the food is good and plentiful.

We had to pay for the hamam. If it belongs to the hotel, I think it should be free to guests.

It's greatful place for relaxing. I had chance to accomadate this hotel 2 different times. The distinguishing feature is historical Turkish Bath which came from Byzantine. The bath's ground-water is so famous for centuries. You immediately feel the enormous effect of water on your body. In public,people says that healty water for that.The bath is wide enough.It is cleaned by hotel periodicly in a day.Nevertheless if you take a bath at weekend,you should prefer early time in a morning. Otherwise it shoul not be good at weekend nights because it can not be clean as morning because of crowded. The location is close the centre of the city which is nearly 5-10 minutes by minibus. I strongly recommend this place if you wanna go bursa. I have just one comment,I think the breakfeast quality would better.

The hotel is in the heart of the Bursa. Çekirge is known with their thermal hotels and the Kervansaray is the most fameous of them. Highly recommended. Reception guys are so kind, and works for the customer satisfaction. They've solved my problem very quickly even though the weekend(I've choosen wrong dates for the trip while booking, but they even so let me to stay). Rooms are clean, transportation to the city center is very easy. Too much breakfast, market, restaurant options are available around the hotel.

For a historical location hotel was very nice, it is a little tired however it is understandable coming out of pandemic and difficult times. Staff was exceptional - well trained almost all genuinely hospitable. We had a great time over all. Should definitely consider opening the Spa earlier on weekends. Check out s at 12:00 noon, Spa opens at 1:00 PM.. seemed to be high occupancy weekend, don't understand why Spa wasn't open? I could not get the massage I had been dreaming of.

Though has nothing to do with the hotel or its management, customer quality observed to be a little low, people does not respect other guests - talking super loudly on the hole-ways early in the morning etc. Perhaps some sign's would be help-full.

- Hammam experience in an historical building (700y) was wonderful - the pool is partially inside and partially outside, filled with warm thermal water, very relaxing - staff was very helpful and friendly - breakfast was good with a lot to choose - junior suite room was large

The room temperature was a little to hot, airconditioning did not respond well. They said they will look at it shortly with the upcomimg renovations.

Breakfast was a wonderful variety of foods and the chef cooked cooked lovely omelettes to order. 10 min from Bursa Town Centre, taxi is called and arrives fairly quick.

i was little put off that women coming from the women Hamam, wrapped in a gown, had to walk past men lounging in their robes. It made us feel uncomfortable and it would be great if the Hotel could fined a discreet exit for women.

The breakfast and supper buffet was bountiful and amazing! All services were available for a relaxing visit. We loved the private thermal bath and it made our skin amazing.

I think more care needs to taken in cleaning the carpet and dusting but other than that we loved the family suite and will be planning to go again.

Breakfast was pretty good Location is good as well, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Mohammed and Gulen were so friendly and very professional they even arrange a car rental for me from a local company in bursa. Language barrier isn’t really a big deal as long as the other person is nice and very welcoming.

Rooms need renovations a little

Staff Rizwi is always polite, humble, and ready to assist us with any matter. The location of the building is superb and the structure is impressive. The thermal water facility is particularly exceptional.

There is a foul odor in the room and washroom.
