The location of the hotel is perfect, in close proximity to the central part. They have a small private car park which was full at the time of our arrival. They moved the cars very quickly to find a place for us. We hadn't requested a baby cot, but when they saw us with a baby, they immediately prepared one for us. We brought our own and didn't use it, but the attitude of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is early (from 07:00), which satisfied us due to an early departure. Also very rich with a wide variety of products. The price-quality ratio is perfect.

The rooms are cramped, but that was to be expected for a city hotel of this type.

What we like the most: Staff, location, breakfast Staff was very helpful. They helped us with queries, luggage, and everything we needed. The location was good; only 10 minutes walk to shoreline and ferry. Breakfast was really really good and it was a lot. Bed was comfy and I liked the balcony. They have an elevator.

The room was a bit smaller than we thought.

Modern, clean room, friendly helpful staff, amazing generous breakfast. Ideally situated in a quiet street but within 10 minutes walk of the port, wooden horse and Naval Museum. Definitely recommend.

Travelling with friend September 2022 Stayed there one night as a base to see Troia and Gallipoli. Walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. Amazing breakfast buffet with Turkish and other options - highly recommended. There was a lift to get to our room with luggage. The showers/ air-conditioning/wifi were all excellent. There was a functional desk, water and extra blanket provided.

Nice rooms, clean. We has a rooms with a big matress. The personal was very friendly. The hotel has a private parking, secured with a barier right actoss from the hotel. From the hotel to the center, were the seafront is, we had to walk about 5 min. In the center you cand see the Troian houerse that was used in the movie.

The breakfast was a little bit poor, but good.

The room was quiet, didn't smell of smoke, and was overall clean. The breakfast had many options and was available from 7-10am. The beds and pillows were comfy and the hotel has their own free parking lot across from the hotel.

No deal breakers, but the room needed some minor maintenance. The wall paper was coming off in the bathroom and a light fixture was falling. The shower door didn't close properly.

What a wonderful hidden gem this place is! From a very first moment we walked inside, we were met with a smile and superb customer service. Our room was clean, comfy and well appointed. The Turkish breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel provides secure parking conveniently located across the street. Highly recommended!

Warm, friendly, staff. Excellent breakfast, good location.

Hard floors in the rooms and passageways made noise an issue - no sound absorption. There was also quite a lot of street noise. Some of the bathroom fixtures were loose, and hooks were broken.

Second time at this hotel. we were in transition. Location is good, personnel ok Rooms are clean and spacious and very comfortable. They wait for us with parking lot reserved for us. Breakfast is good.

A little beat expensive.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed and bedding. Walking distance to the harbour, restaurants and other shops.

Sound travels easily from hallway and neighbouring rooms. Some wear and tear on room furniture/fixtures (closet/bedside lamps)
