The place exceeded my expectations, my room looked much better then in the pictures. Perfect location, just 5 min walk from the strait. The staff is very helpful, especially Svetlana, she was very effective and friendly. The room is big and well organized. There is a terrace on the top floor with a nice view. They are offering good breakfasts there for additional money, but it's so worth it! The room has all the facilities - not just fridge and gas oven, but also microwave and washing machine, which is very convenient. The bed was comfy. Highly recommended!!

Maybe some lack of light in the room, they need yo install more powerful lamps, but it's not a big deal)

Great location, close to the center and the port. We booked an apartment, although in the pictures it looked like a studio, but we received a real apartment, with a bedroom and a living room, in which there was a single bed and a huge sofa, which of course made us happy. Parking is a big bonus, for those who come by car, that's how we were - by car. Located about 30 m from the hotel and which cost us 100 TL, for one night, that is cheap! Also the elevator was a big bonus. If we return to Canakkale, we will not hesitate to book here again!

It was a surprise for us to find a turtledove with a chick on the windowsill of a hotel room. Let this be a happy omen! The hotel's location is very convenient, in the city center, close to the pedestrian street. In fact, this is not a hotel room, but a small comfortable studio with all kitchen utensils. The room is very clean. On the roof of the house there is a terrace, where it is very pleasant to sit in the evening after a walk and look at the city. Thanks to the general manager Svetlana (my namesake), who told us about the sights of the city, shops for buying sweets and inexpensive restaurants where delicious food is served. Svetlana speaks several languages including Russian language. We used her advice to take a ferry to the other side of the Dardanelles and inspected the museum fortress Kilitbahir. She also helped us to buy bus tickets to Istanbul. We appreciate the friendly atmosphere of the hotel. We will definitely come the next time!

Great location that we could walk everywhere. Lovely rooftop sitting area. We had a very quiet room at the back of the building, which was spacious with a full kitchen and washing machine.

There was a bit of a mix-up with our room when we arrived, so we had to take one that needed some repairs. It had a really badly leaking sink and a faulty shower door, but at least we had a room!

The staff was very friendly, willing to help us for everything. The hotel is close to the sea, there are shops around. The parking lot is close to the hotel.

The bathroom should be cleaned better. In the shower area there are mold traces. The rooms are big but a little bit stuffed with furniture.

The location of this guest house was very central. The studio was clean and the staff incredibly helpful. The staff speak good English.

I like to cook some meals when on holiday and it would have been good to have a bit more cooking equipment.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was exactly as in the photos. No complaints there. The hotel is in a good location, close to everything. Overall, a good price for good accommodation. We will definitely return there.

We had booked a non-smoking studio, but unfortunately were given a studio that smelled intensively like smoke. But the hosts were so kind as to immediately give us another studio. This was big, very clean and had a very well equipped kitchen. All in all, this is a good accomodation for the low price.

The water temperature in the shower wasn't constant, so if you took a shower, it would suddenly be cold and after a few minutes be warm again. Also, the first night we didn't have any internet, but on the second day it worked fine.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly welcome at the reception. Secured private parking reserved and provided just next door for a small extra fee. Large room with all that you need. Clean, modern, fresh. Elevator, so no problem with access to upper floors. Good location, very close to the ferry terminal and the city center. Strongly recommend. Will stay there when next time in town.

The smell from the entrance anounced us that it was a clean place. It is located right in the central part of the city. The room was big and well prepared. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Everything was just great.
