Nice and clean room.I was traveling alone so i booked single bed but they provided me double bed and bigger room. Although breakfast is served between 7 and 10 in the morning, I could have my breakfast at 11am or 12 noon. Entire hotel was really clean and tidy at all times.The attention and concern of the staff was great.Location was great for my business trip/ visiting and using hotel as a base.

There is a lot of noise due to traffic at certain times of the day. If you are not going to spend all day in the garden, that is not a problem.

Very friendly, helpful, caring staff - I’m a seasoned traveller in my 50s and have been all over the world to hundreds of properties and I was VERY impressed with the thoughtful service all of the staff offered every day. Exceptionally clean, bright and pleasantly decorated hotel. There’s a lift, which I’ve found isn’t that common in Hotels in some areas of Turkey, but essential for me as I was recovering from major back surgery and couldn’t use stairs. I stayed in a large double room with a separate sitting area that was really useful. The bedroom was at the back of the property so away from the busy road at the front. The double glazing effectively keeps out the traffic noise and there is an effective air con in the sitting room. Well equipped space with a hairdryer, lots of toiletries, a large fridge and best of all for an English visitor, a kettle! Special extras were very welcomed such as a fruit box in the fridge with a friendly welcome note and free bottled water - it’s often the little thoughts that make the biggest positive impact. That’s the main positive about this Hotel - the attention to detail in terms of showing real care for the residents. It’s a very special place.

The lovely green terrace is on the side of a very busy road so very noisy. They have done all they can with creative gardening and choice of comfortable furniture to still make this a very present space to eat an amazing breakfast or enjoy delicious fresh orange juice and Turkish coffee. There is no air con in the bedroom, which would be tricky in the Summer months. I was there at the beginning of September so could get just about get the right temperature with the bedroom window open all night and the air con off. Therefore, wax earplugs highly recommended for the noise from the road and the loud cockerel who seems to sing throughout the night!

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean, which was perfect for our family size. The bed linens smelled fresh, and everything was taken care of, from toothbrushes to bath sponges. The hotel even treated us to fresh fruit in the refrigerator. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and only 7 minutes to the airport. Since we had an early check-out for a morning flight, the hotel surprised us with delicious packed lunches for our journey. It was truly a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!

This is the third successive year that we have stayed here, after arriving each time late at night from the nearby airport. Amazingly, each time we have visited the service has got better and better. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating, the rooms are always spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is wonderful and served by a lovely smiling lady. We love this place, and will use if we come back to the region again. Thank you!

Prices are climbing, year on year. I don't think that there is much that can be done about this due to inflationary costs the hotels are incurring, and the recent changes to minimum wages

Super friendly personnel who were very obliging and had good information for us. They were there at 23.00 when we arrived, and helped us with the room and the luggage. Same in the morning, when we got a nice little breakfast, help with booking and getting our bags to the taxi, even providing us with coffees while we waited. Great room as well, with two spaces one for sleeping and one dubbing as a living room. There is also an elevator to get bags up to the room, which is very practical especially with a lot of luggage.

Coffee at breakfast didn't taste quite Turkish and can be improved.

It was nicely done, good spacious. Great bathroom. Nice breakfast. Very nice staff.

We have got anything negative.

The hotel is located at a strategic location for easy access to the airport (by taxi) and to walk to the center of Dalaman in the evening (which takes about ten to fifteen minutes). So it's easy to go out for dinner. It is possible to park next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Turkish-style breakfast is abundant and served with attention and dedication. The staff is extremely helpful and does their utmost to make your stay pleasant. This place is highly recommended for those who want to spend the night near DLM airport.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast made early for us because we had to leave to the airport. It was a nice fruit snack left for us in the fridge as we arrived quite late. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself was very spacious.

The beds were a bit hard and the air-conditioning blew cold all night. We tried to turn it down and make it warmer but couldn’t so we ended up just turning it off. Woke up really warm 😅

Good communication; efficient reception staff at arrival and departure. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is right on a busy road close to the airport - exactly why we chose it for a very early flight time. The room itself was quiet thanks to excellent double glazing.

Nothing really - we weren't looking for fancy facilities, just a comfortable aircon room in a well-run establishment. We would definitely stay there again

Fabulous, extremely helpful and kind staff. The hotel is immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble - extra pillows, crockery and cutlery - helped us to order a takeaway, helped to load our bags. An array of toiletries provided, right down to toothbrushes. Brilliant all round. This is the second time we have stayed at the Karacan Park en route to Dalaman airport and we would certainly stay again.
