Super friendly personnel who were very obliging and had good information for us. They were there at 23.00 when we arrived, and helped us with the room and the luggage. Same in the morning, when we got a nice little breakfast, help with booking and getting our bags to the taxi, even providing us with coffees while we waited. Great room as well, with two spaces one for sleeping and one dubbing as a living room. There is also an elevator to get bags up to the room, which is very practical especially with a lot of luggage.

Coffee at breakfast didn't taste quite Turkish and can be improved.

The hotel is located at a strategic location for easy access to the airport (by taxi) and to walk to the center of Dalaman in the evening (which takes about ten to fifteen minutes). So it's easy to go out for dinner. It is possible to park next to the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The Turkish-style breakfast is abundant and served with attention and dedication. The staff is extremely helpful and does their utmost to make your stay pleasant. This place is highly recommended for those who want to spend the night near DLM airport.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast made early for us because we had to leave to the airport. It was a nice fruit snack left for us in the fridge as we arrived quite late. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The room itself was very spacious.

The beds were a bit hard and the air-conditioning blew cold all night. We tried to turn it down and make it warmer but couldn’t so we ended up just turning it off. Woke up really warm 😅

Good communication; efficient reception staff at arrival and departure. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is right on a busy road close to the airport - exactly why we chose it for a very early flight time. The room itself was quiet thanks to excellent double glazing.

Nothing really - we weren't looking for fancy facilities, just a comfortable aircon room in a well-run establishment. We would definitely stay there again

Fabulous, extremely helpful and kind staff. The hotel is immaculately clean and nothing was too much trouble - extra pillows, crockery and cutlery - helped us to order a takeaway, helped to load our bags. An array of toiletries provided, right down to toothbrushes. Brilliant all round. This is the second time we have stayed at the Karacan Park en route to Dalaman airport and we would certainly stay again.

Perfect cleanliness, polite staff, rooms and furniture in good condition, no smell of tobacco. There is a kettle, cups and tea. Drive to the airport 10 minutes

in the evening it was uncomfortable because of poor lighting (one light bulb for the whole room, one wall lamp over the bed did not work, the second shone with a terrible red light), there was no hot water in the sink (wash your hands and face with cold water), cold water should be drained in the shower 3 minutes before it goes hot water), there was no air conditioning in the bedroom (there was in the living room, but it was small) in general, not a very cozy room, but you can spend the night before leaving, as it is clean, polite and there is no smell of tobacco

Very close to the airport and at walking distance to town centre. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms are nice and spacious. Dont need to worry about transfers. They organized it for me at the agreed time.I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I like everything. a little tip, have your ear plugs ready, as it's very close to the airport, and lots of planes are landing/taking off through the night.

I have mentioned what I liked in my previous review. There are several good points, such as location, friendly staff, and nice an reasonable breakfast that I can emphasize on them again.

I add another thing to what I mentioned before that is a noise that we heard it all the night that made us not sleep comfortably. We couldn't realize what it was and didn't have time to report it as we were running to the airport.

I stayed at this hotel following a late flight arrival into Dalaman. It's around 10 minutes from the airport. The double bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very generous and comprehensive hot and cold food, also delicious. Special thanks to Mehmet the owner for driving me in his own car to the local bus station the morning after my stay and giving advice on local transport. I would have no reservations in recommending the Karacan Park and would stay again.
