The hotel was clean and staff very responsive. There is a lot to do for kids and adults. You definitely won’t be bored.The food is great and so much choice. The spa treatments are fantastic. I had traditional Bali massage twice and it was fantastic.

The hotel is a little dated and I wish the sea front is maintained a little bit more.

ahh I’ve travelled all over the world to China , US , Auz all over Europe and this was best hotel experience I’ve ever had . staff so friendly and helpful . facilities were unbelievable. the setting and local area is beautiful . food was sublime

Everything about this hotel was simply amazing. From the facilities, to the staff and food. One of the best family holidays you could hope for.

It was such a pleasant experience that it is very difficult to tell in a nutshell. We lived in a villa by the lake and it was beautiful. Private warm pool, excellent new apartments. With a baby, this is the perfect vacation. The service was excellent. People around are smiling and trying to help you! The food is wonderful, a large selection and everything is fresh. And thank you so much for parking and washing our car. It's priceless! We hug you all! Thank you so much for such an incredible experience! We really want to come back again! P.S. We travel a lot around the world and this hotel is above all praise! Be sure to take a room category: a villa by the lake and you will not regret it!

Everything! The service from check in to check was impeccable! The food (especially the restaurants) we’re amazing with various choices. There was so much food to choose from it was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The AC worked so well which was a godsend. Our couples massage was beyond good! We had sports and relaxing. The entertainment here was next level as well! Mongolian acrobats we’re just insane! I’d like to praise all staff here!!! I loved it so much I’m already trying to book dates again for next year!

Nothing there to dislike

The lake villa which we stayed in was great, it’s new and modern and in a very quite location.

The hotel itself is a bit dated, the food at the buffet restaurant was nothing special. I didn’t like that it was served as a canteen style and I couldn’t just take food myself. The restaurants for lunch outside were much nicer and better food. The kids club has very odd opening times, I would have preferred if it was open during lunch time and before dinner as there is literally nowhere to go with your child to play. I wish there was an outside playground which apparently used to be there.

everything you need is there, best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! only thing I would maybe try next time is to stay in one of the apartments opposite ares where they have the sunshine on there balcony and terraces most of the day ,other then that it was perfect 👍🏻

nothing! if I wanted to say something, it’ll be probably the pools to be a bit warmer. childrens slides pool was warm but others around are swim up apartments and main pools are very cold. but when sun is hot especially in the summer months ,it’ll cool you down quickly 😁 but in October when it’s warm about 26 degrees not hot it can be a little cold.

The food options and taste was amazing. The variety of entertainment planned by hotel was perfect. The staff are so friendly. Big property so u wont get board during your stay.

The cleanliness of room was nog good and enough ! Even after daily room service I could see there is no vacuum is used for our room or bathroom wasn’t cleaned ! Just they were changing towels and bed sheet once for us !

Luxurious Rooms with perfect amenities, main pool is awesome, food quality and extensive variety is excellent, Tepiniaki Ala carte is a must (but extra charge), bars lovely, activities (tennis , dart, kids paradise,bingo, teen club) , entertainment is top class, friendly staff (some not all), lovely entertainment and guest relations staff

Beach was quite disappointing. Despite high price, too many elements are at extra charge such as ALL la carte restaurants unfortunately, art, Segaway, bike, canoe, water sports,photos. Customer experience and communication is good but not consistent with all staff (waiter skills is a weak area)
