The property is very close to ferry and cafes. The managers are lovely and very helpful with coordinating tours and anything else you need. The breakfast is included and is great, with a variety of options. The hotel is tired but clean and comfortable. You need to remember that you get what you pay for and I think that it is value for money with the breakfast included! Plus there is parking!!

Eceabat is a very good location to visit Troy and an excellent location to visit the Gallipoli monuments and battlefields. Crowded House is right in the center of town, across the square from the ferry terminal, it could hardly have a better location. They also give free parking. Our room was small but fit everyone, wifi works and most importantly the AC unit really pumps out cool air which is important after you've spent a a whole day under the sun.

Breakfast starts at 8 which may be later than you would like if you are setting out to see the the battlefields. No elevators.

We stayed here to do a tour of the Gallipoli war fields which we organised through the hotel as they also have a tour company that does these tours. The hotel is in an ideal location, the staff are great and the hotel is neat as a pin. The hotel has some memorabilia in the lobby and they are very used to hosting Australian and New Zealanders.

the cost of the rooms are low, and the location is close to Gallipoli (Anzac Cove and Lone Pine), directly opposite the car ferry terminal which takes you to Cannakale, making it very convenient and affordable. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bedrooms were clean.

the bathroom was very very small, making it a wet room if you had a shower (meaning everything got wet inside, including the toilet seat, basin, floor, walls, etc). Also, if you are tall, or of larger stature, it might not suit (very little room to even turn!).

We booked as was central, easy to find and had expertise re the ANZAC celebrations ( which was more straightforward that I thought) Parking we used behind the hotel in a lot or in the street and had no issue. Rooms were not huge but good for the time we spend in them.

The staff were so amazing and even stayed up until 1am to check us in. The location is right in the middle of town. The breakfast was nice, and there was a water station so you never need to buy water. The room was comfortable and the bed was nice and big.

The hot water ran out pretty quick, and we didn't get bath towels, but they had hand towels.

Was a great little hotel in Eceabat. 10 min drove from Gallipoli. Also right in front of ferry terminal, easy to catch to Canakkale

Good location opposite ferry to Cannakale Poly and his wife were very welcoming as were all the staff. Rooms are simple but good. Great breakfast. Organized our Gallipoli tour. Would stay again

Nice starting point for a visit of the Gallipoli historic sites, quite location, parking behind the hotel available, easy check-in, good room, nice buffet breakfast
