The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving advice for attractions, helping us park (small parking area near the hotel) and helping with luggage. They promptly upgrading us without any charge to a larger room (Standard doubles are very small, so we recommend the Superior rooms). The continental breakfast with omelette served the outdoor courtyard was delicious, with a lovely selection all served at the table. The hotel is in a great location, central Canukkale, within walking distance to all restaurants, waterfront (including the Troijan horse), and shops. Doona on the bed was comfortable at night. Lifts are provided.

Bathrooms are quite small. Standard rooms are too small and quite basic. Car park is very tight, but staff assist you to park. Limited English television channels.

A good location to explore Canakkale. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. There was available car parking and restaurants and sites nearby. This is the centre of Canakkale and of course the Trojan horse is around a 8 minute walk. Good air conditioning, fridge for keeping your water cold, lots of storage space, large enough room, good shower pressure, lots of hot water. The cost of the hotel is reasonable and a fair price for what is provided. The breakfast was fabulous with a served, authentic Turkish breakfast. Sit down and enjoy the quiet in the breakfast courtyard before going off exploring. The staff could communicate in English and gave us tips and ideas for walking around the city. We definitely recommend this site to travelers coming to the Canakkale area.

Everything was very good!

The location is great. It's very close to the waterfront - a 2 minute walk to the promenade. The staff is great, very personable and friendly. There is parking approximately 30 meters before the hotel on the same side of the street. It's a bit tricky, but the staff is great at jockeying the car for you. Breakfast is very good. It may seem like a little thing, but the lighting in the bathroom is fantastic.

Everything was wonderful.

Little cosy hotel, the room was clean, it had everything a tourist needs. The Turkish breakfast they serve is the best I have had during my trip in Turkey. I guess that the nice little terrace where the restaurant was helped, but the food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented . We had pastry, cheese, olives, omelette, bread, butter and jam, peach juice and Turkish tea. It was more than enough.

I didn t like the fact that the staff kept talking in Turkish and smiling as if gossiping while making my reservation ( I assumed it was about me, but I didn t like that and I told them). The air conditioning is above the bed, making it impossible to use it when lying in it.

Maybe one thing we didn’t enjoy was having to share one big bed cover. 2 separate ones would have been much better

We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a very beautiful small courtyard, where you can stay for a coffee or have your breakfast there. The breakfast was freshly made and it included traditional dishes, which were really good.

In order to reach the parking spot, you had first to go to the reception and they will come and open the was to the parking. This can be a bit troublesome since the streets are very narrow and if you stop and wait, you block the circulation for quite a while, so you have to go in circles around the block until the parking is opened for you.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, pleasant garden, the staff was always around and ready to help, amazing breakfast, we loved the hotel. Especially thank you to everyone working in the hotel for being so nice, helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back !

Great location near the ferry, restaurants, markets, trojan horse. Convenient car park at the side nearby and staff valet parked. Nice garden area where breakfast is served. Very good staff service.

Great size room, lift for big bags, easy check in process, staff were helpful, they made an early brekkie for us. The room was clean and the bed comfortable - overall a really great stay. Wish we had stayed one or two nights longer!

Not much to be honest - maybe the could add more eggs to brekkie. Oh wait, the shower curtain erked me - a door or something that hooks the curtain so that it doesnt stick or blow on you while showering would have been great... that is one thing I hate - a shower curtain. Bleh.

Although the breakfasts were very substantial and catered to various diets my suggestion is to .change to a semi buffet style as I worry about waste
