Looks like the building and the room were renewed recently, kitchenware, beds, nearby parking area, value for money.

room space was tight, heater central device was inside one one of the bedrooms.

Very nice apartment with extremely welcoming and kind hosts. Even though the apartment is situated at the heart of the city centre of Eskişehir (next to all the sightseeing, shops, cafes and restaurant, it is quite during the weekdays and during the weekdend). 7 minutes walk to the old town Odunpazari tarihi evleri, 3 minutes walk to the Hamamyolu, the central pedestrian street of the city.

The place is very clean and spacious, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Great location near the downtown area.

There is no elevator in the building, but the staff helped us with our luggage which helped us alot going up.

The rooms were clean and the owner was nice and patient. He went on the street to help us find the place and even helped us parallel park the car! It was an amazing value for our one-night stop in town.

The pictures of the “two bedroom apartment” were a little deceiving. The pictures of the red couch and TV are a part of the entrance, not a part of the apartment. I should have maybe guessed this due to the price. I would have chosen to stay anyway, but I was expecting more of a living room within the apartment.

The studio had a nice bedroom and a living room with kitchenette, as well as a decently big bathroom. We parked on the street in front of the house. Very nice also that they have a washing machine in the ground floor (free of charge).

The bed didn't have a proper slatted frame, which made the bed a bit less comfy. Also, there were only some white curtains on the windows in both rooms, which means that the bedroom is in broad daylight as soon as the sun is up. It didn't bother us very much, but I would strongly suggest to the host to get this two small issues fixed. If they will be, this is the perfect apartment.

The location is perfect: very close to the old town and we parked directly in front of the door, but if that’s not possible, there is a big guarded parking just around the corner. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, everything was clean and we felt very welcome by the helpful host. Thank you!

The kitchen still lacks a bit in equipment: no pan etc., but we had our own utensils with us, so no problem with that.

Nice, comfy and clean apartment. Location was perfect. Just a few minutes walking distance to the historical Odunpazari houses.

Internet 😔 We did not have internet because our apartment was in the first floor.

The owner was great! The receptionist was super helpful we appreciate that alot! The place was super clean. And the location was very close to several touristic spots that we wanted to visit.

The owner Mr. Suleiman was a very kind hearted and decent gentleman. This hotel is run by a family. All their family members were amazing and helpful. His cousins were also great.
