Location is great. We had a car but the public transportation is great there too. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was great too. There are a lot of cafes nearby. The staff was helpful and kind.

Just a little observation, not a complaint, because it didn’t bother us much. We stayed for a few days and there was no proper cleaning during our stay. They just took our trash out, changed the towels and remade the bed with the same sheets. All the water stains in the bathroom remained with us till the very end :) also there was not any refill of used bathroom supplies.

Fantastic hotel, with very new facilities, and amazing rooms. The staff is very friendly as well. The location is at the heart of the city, and within walking distance to shopping districts & bars & restaurants. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a car parking (uses a public car parking for free), but not right in front of or under the hotel. It's 5 mins walking distance & it's better if you call the hotel beforehand for details if you're travelling by car.

Perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Espark shopping mall is 2 minutes away and to get to the lovely river area with all the restaurants is less than 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, tea / coffee station and fridge , bathroom is spacious. Beautiful views of the city from the room . Checking in early was no problem at all

There was no coffee at breakfast ( I am not a tea drinker ) wifi a little slow at times but nothing serious

The only issue with the hotel is the arrival/departure & parking, as it is located in a pedestrian zone. We were offered free parking just 100m away, which was great, but in case of older people, children, or heavy luggage, there is no way to drive by or stop in front of the hotel.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, offering a delightful ambiance. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the mall and park, both within walking distance.

Parking turned out to be quite a challenge as the roads in front of the hotel didn't allow car access due to the tram. Moreover, the reception staff only did the bare minimum to welcome us, leaving room for improvement in their hospitality.

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've got an arrangement with a nearby private parking parking called ParkPlus and it's free for hotel guests.

WiFi was very unreliable. When I called to ask if there's any problem with the wifi, they said it's usual when there are many guests using it.

Very clean and modern building right in the middle of town. On the high street and close to all cafes and restaurants.. Walking distance from the shopping mall and not far from the river. Good breakfast and nice rooms

Accessibilty to hotel by car can be a hassle as you can only access it from the back but staff are very helpful.

The room was very big and spacious. Temperature was well managed in the rooms.

Parking facilities, waited our car for quite long time when we needed due to a street market around the parking location and had a use a taxi in the end after the wait.

Room comfortable facilities on hand bathroom reasonably equipped,in center of town convenient in travel from hotel. Like the 24hr front desk & the Reception personal.

Pillows were to hard would like a choice, breakfast basic & at times reserving day old food. Disappointed ☹️

One of best hotels I have stayed in. The location is what you just need to. Alot of resturants and markets around it. Its clean with very kind staff

The breakfast was not tasty at all it needs improvement. The sofa bed is too hard to sleep on.
