Loved everything! Wanted to stay longer if I had a longer holiday. The staff at guest relations are super helpful, especially Beyza❤️❤️

The staff at the sauna and Turkish bath spa place was not very friendly, and a very rude guest came in to interrupt us many times, didn’t stop cursing, super Karen…This was the only unpleasant thing happened during our stay.

Overall a great all inclusive resort hotel, very clean and with plenty of facilities available to suit anyone. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful. There was always a wide variety of food options available at the restaurant throughout Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, although be careful to thoroughly read the ingredients and ask the chefs for details of the dishes as some were unclear as to whether or not they were suitable for vegetarians, something wr found tricky to navigate. The lounge staff were also always smiling and helpful and there was also a great daily selection of baked goods and pastries readily available all day and into the evening. Our special thanks and well wishes goes out to both Senkal and Ozi from the Freud Cocktail Bar onsite, who were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cocktails here, although at an extra cost, were always well made and the atmosphere was definitely a relaxed and enjoyable one at all times. Another thank you goes out to Mars (hotel hospitality staff), who always made an effort to say hi, inform us of any hotel events and share advice for our onward travels to other destinations in Turkey. Overall, definitely worth a stay for a relaxing trouble-free holiday.

A slight word of caution, when organising taxi pick up from Dalaman airport to hotel (via hotel correspondence), we were quoted a 1-way fare of 55euro, however, upon reaching the hotel, we noticed the local taxi fare from hotel to airport (using Calis taxi) was fixed price of 500Tl (~£25), half the price!

the property was beautiful and rooms were very good and spacious (pool access rooms), the food was great with so much to choose from and the staff were lovely! will definitely return!

The only issue we had was it took a lot of time to get anything sent to the room (water, fresh towels etc) and you can’t hear the door knock from outside in the evening due to the noise from the shows/music playing so you must sit in the room until it is delivered (we were told we couldn’t collect) so if it’s possible, it might be good to let people know and approximate timeframe (ie, it won’t be in the next 30 mins or something along those lines)

Best food i ever had in a all inclusive resort! Very clean rooms, and you find everything you need! Great program in the evening. Very helpful resort members.

The bed was extremely soft and the room was a bit noisy, you can always hear the doors from the neighboring rooms.

Friendly staff is the highlight of Jiva. Everyone is happy and smiling and made us feel welcome. Special mention to the entertainment team, the male host who is funny and energetic the 2 happy bubbly girls who conducts the kids mini disco. Food is good though not the best regards to taste. There are better all inclusive in Turkey when it comes to food taste. The staff and their service is what I liked the most. The Turkish night and Colombian night shows at the amphitheatre was superb!

Food was excelent, room was clean.

Some staff in the restaurant try to do preferences for some people and don't pay attention to other. My daughter was sick and she was unable to have her lunch when she go to take one hamburger they don't aloud her to take it out of restaurant but they give permission to other persons . As well when my daughter take a sit on the outside table they don't aloud her to sit there because some one reserved it ,we was family of 3 person and table was for 4 person and the reservation for this table was done for one person which is not make any sense. I think all guests need to have same treat.

First of all, the reception staff was amazing and very helpful. The room (specifically 430) had an amazing sea view and nice spacious design. I guess based on the location of the other rooms this may be the best sea view in the hotel. The all inclusive concept was new to myself. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The pools where nice, good activities and amazing after dinner shows. Both the music band and the Mongolian circus where very good. The food was amazing. First night both me and my wife where slightly confused by the variety of food options in this hotel. I really had to walk and check out each option a couple of times before I could decide on what to eat. The waiters where also great and very pro active To conclude, I had a great experience. Especially for the 2 days I stayed. This hotel I can recommend to everyone looking for an all inclusive hotel.

Finding this hotel can be slightly difficult. There are no signs indicating where to go and the roads leading up to the hotel don’t really suggest that you will find such a nice place in the end.

The hotel was very good value for money, with all inclusive meals which also included wine at lunch/dinner and poolside drinks from the onsite bar. The hotel was very clean everyweher, not just the rooms but also the areas around the pool, the canteen/restuarant, spa and other public areas. The food available was excellent - so many different types were available with different variations every day, and it was delicious. At no point throughout our stay was I hungry for long! Staff were very friendly and helpful - a slight language barrier obviously exists but this never caused any problems and the level of English spoken by staff was good. A minor electrical issue (plug socket not working) in our room was reported and swiftly addressed by reception.

When making the booking the room said 'pool view', however we were facing out onto the road. To be completely honest though this turned out to be more of a blessing because of the noise. On our last night at the hotel there was a live band playing in the bar/pool area which of course involved loud music, however it was a bit frustrating that this went on until 11pm at night as we had to leave early for our flight home the next day.

It was a great experience. The hotel offers a variety of activities to be done during the day and night. The buffet was great, bars are available next to main activities - pool, beach, disco, etc. Make sure to check the daily activities and to give some time to attend them. Great value for money. Also, the location is 10 minutes by car from the old city where you can go shopping and access the Cornish and boats deck.

The rooms are very spacious. We stayed in 2 rooms with 2 king size beds. All of us (2adults + 2 kids) enjoyed very comfortable and spacious rooms, 2 balconies and very big bathroom. Really high class! The personnel is very kind, very helpful, try to help and find solution for any queries you have. The hotel is new and very beautiful, stylish with many areas to chill out after dinner, have cocktail or coffee. The food in main restaurant was so delicious and various every day. Very tasty and choice for anyone - from veggies to meat lovers. 😁 You can make Covid test before departure right in the hotel. It costs 40 eur/per person.

There are 4 restaurants in the hotel (1 main restaurant with buffet + 3 a la carte restaurants). One a la carte restaurant was closed. In regards to other 2 a la carte restaurants I was surprised to hear that we can use one of them only once for free. So at the end there was only buffet restaurant that was included to All Inclusive rate which we could use all the time. The price for the a la carte restaurants was not too high, ie 10eur/per person for dinner, 5eur/1 kid. But still I didn’t like the fact that all restaurants were not included to the rate. It is not written this condition in the Booking.com. Ironing is done on special rate and you cannot get iron to the room.
