The hotel have quite good location straight in front of the beach. The beach promenade leads in front of the hotel. There are two restaurants connected with the hotel as well as plenty of other options throughout the promenade. We had room with partial sea view (having the opportunity to find out what that means personally). Which means that there is some sea in the view, but quite limited. The room was big just enough. Clean all around. The breakfast was of served type and you can see on available hotel pictures what it is about -> great ;-) Hotel has it's own parking place (but a bit limited). We find some parking space on the street some 50 meters from hotel

We had room right opposite another hotel, towards its air conditioning unit battery. It produces never ending muffled sound. We stay there for one night, so it was not that much unpleasant. But question is what it could be for longer stay

Location totally on the beach, to get to city centre you need a taxi for about 160-200tl and it takes 10 minutes drive. We had a room 307 which has a nice big balcony with noone else next to it. Staff are brilliant especially Zeynep who can speak a perfect English. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice beach as well just walking distance in front of the hotel . Highly recommended 👌

No kettle and coffee in the room.

Breakfast was amazing. So much food was brought out.

A lift would be nice, though they did offer us help with our bags when we checked in.

The location of the hotel was fantastic with the sea on the doorstep. The staff from the receptionist Sezer to all the servers at the restaurant were friendly and polite. The food was good and the ambiance being directly near the sea was a bonus. The only negative about the hotel was the shower which needs some tlc. Would I stay there again, yes I would!

The only negative was the state of the shower, it needs to be refurbished

Location is simply outstanding on the beach. The street had alot of restaurants and coffee places. The view from our front gallery is amazing (if you get the beach view room). Staff is helpful and they can call taxi on your behalf if you want to visit somewhere else so you don't need to worry about it (charges will be paid by you) Reception staff can easily communicate in english so thats a good to have.

Breakfast have less variety as it is included in the services but there is no buffet and you can only order an omelette and drink. Few sides will come with it automatically

Only one thing, a dog that didn't seem to have an owner but had a tag in its ear defecated on the beach daily, creating an environmental and health hazard. This was not cleared up and seriously needs addressing, the beach including this could have been cleaner, cigarette butts etc. Never had this problem in other Turkish resorts but there are several references to this on Tripadvisor. The same thing was happening outside of the Sundia Hotel nearby. The hotels, restaurants and authorities need to address this problem as it will put people off from staying there.

Clean, good location, great breakfast

The hotel is amazing! Very good location, close to all sorts of restaurants, right next to the beach and close to small shops and supermarkets in case you want to grab some water, fruit, drinks or snacks. The staff was super polite and helpful, any questions were resolved fast and easy. Help was offered at every stage. We liked availability of the pools, air conditioning in the rooms and sunbeds/umbrellas on the beach. The breakfast was tasty with tons of options and in reality it looked even bigger that it seemed while quickly scrolling the photos here. We especially liked the balcony in the room and the sea view from it.

I'm not complaining, everything below is just a constructive feedback, some improvement ideas: - though the breakfast was great and big, we could never finish all that was served. We found that it would be easier and more efficient to have a classic, buffet style breakfast. That would also reduce the amount of leftovers/waste - WiFi connectivity could be better. Most of the time the signal was weak, connection dropped, or my laptop was just failing to login - Shower was loose, almost impossible to fix properly. It wouldn't stop me from staying in this hotel again, but I believe that fixing it is an easy win that would greatly improve customer satisfaction :)

The situation is perfect. There are lots of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has an excellent restaurant (seafood and meat) and a great bar too. The room was very clean, comfortable and had a fantastic sea view. There were enough plugs, a tv and a bar fridge. Linen is great quality and is changed frequently. The shower room was stocked with an ample supply of toiletries all adding to a great stay. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help to ensure you have the best stay possible.

A very nicely kept hotel with superb views of the beach and sunset. My room was superb(314) and had the best views and very comfortable. Everyday my room is cleaned and fresh towels. Most of all though this hotel has exceptional staff at reception. They made sure my stay was special and even gave me a free upgrade. I then decided to extend my stay by four nights as I was so impressed and Orkan gave me a great deal. Breakfast is super too and included. In the evening the restaurant becomes Zoi fish restaurant. I cannot wait to come back here. It’s the best find I’ve made in ages.
