This friendly, family run hotel has a good location close to dolmus stops. The sea front is a short distance away across two busy roads. Our one-bed apartment was very spacious and comfortable with two balconies offering views of the pool area and across to Babadag and nearby mountains. Breakfast is traditional Turkish, offering plenty of choice - enough for those with a big appetite! Other guests had booked evening meals that also looked delicious. Swimming pools were well maintained with a daily cleaning regime in place.

We did have some concerns about fire safety at the hotel: The first floor apartment had no fire blanket, no smoke alarm and no easy evacuation route, the only extinguisher was located in the entrance at ground level. Combustable materials were stored beneath a part wooden stairwell, close to an electrical fuse box. Our apartment was not cleaned during our one-week stay.

Recommended apart hotel for family travellers. Quiet location a little bit edge from noisy center. But it is very easy, even 10 minutes with minibuses (dolmush) to reach the center (Fethiye Merkez) from one side and Calish beach from another side. Calish beach is beautiful. Staff is helpful, room is clean and safe. Pool is nice. Hotel has no restaurant which is good to be free from walk in guests and their noise. Breakfast is nice, with limited but fresh choices. We would like to stay more, but unfortunately didn't have enough time.

Need little plumbing services in bathroom. Hot water wasn't stable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Kilim Hotel & Apart. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the seafront, and the hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. The three pools were a hit with the kids, and the spacious rooms made it comfortable for the whole family. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste, which we appreciated. A special thanks to Metin, who went above and beyond by providing an extra bed for our child. His kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay made a significant difference, ensuring we had everything we needed. Kilim was located minutes from the water-although you cant swim there because of the rocks. But you have small mini buses called HAVAS that take you to the Calis beach which is extraordinary. The breakfast was truly delicious and it was nice to sit by the pool in the morning to eat it. The two pools on site were amazing and I had them to myself most of the time. You have a wonderful MM MARGOS supermarket close by to get bits and bobs, especially water, which you will need as it was HOT!!! The staff were very helpful and gave me great advice about getting buses.

The tap for my shower was broken and I couldn't change the temperature of the water. It was already like this when I got there. I think having a few more extra towels would have been nice also as I used one for the shower floor to stand on.

I chose Kilim Hotel & Apart during my 3-day stay in Fethiye because I was on a tight budget and it had good reviews on booking.com. The room I was given was very clean, large with a double bed, air conditioning, TV, fridge and a balcony. The best thing about my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Metin and his shift buddy. I was suppose to leave a day earlier by ferry to Rhodes but because of the unpredictable waters, it was cancelled. Metin and his friend were so lovely, they went over and beyond their duty and took me to the port by private car to find out what was happening and when I could sail. The following day, they took me back early so I could finally sail to Rhodes. Thank you so much, I had a wonderful stay and I hope to be back at some point.

There was no restaurant

Staff helpful.I was made a cup of tea by staff member. Super comfy bed. Good buffet breakfast.

Room 4 right next to reception so a lot of noise, phone ringing and loud music. Unable to rest in the day. No bar open or anywhere to get food. I was told to walk to the coast which I didn't want to do at night. Part of the hotel is self catering so people bbqing their own food which was harsh when I couldn't get any in hotel. A lot of kids jumping in the pool and no one supervising so difficult to have a decent swim. I didn't like open entrances with no gates. I think it should be more secure and private especially as there were a lot of kids around.

Breakfast is a standard Turkish meze, Breads, cheeses, fresh salads, and fruit, jams/honey Eggs. Tea, coffee also cereal, and milk for those inclined. There is also a toaster for those who prefer toast. The bedroom was spacious for one or two, but like every hotel, there are only a few coat hangars. TV and air conditioner in the room. The bathroom is small but functional, and the shower was excellent. There was even a hairdryer although my requiring one has long since past. You should also be aware as a Muslim country there is a call to prayer every morning at 5am, although I found with the balcony door closed it never woke me. The staff was always courteous and helpful, and have a good grasp of English. Google translate can help if you struggle to get a concept over though. There are two swimming pools although I never used them they seemed clean with plenty of seating around.

Wifi was serviceable, but if you plan on heavy streaming (if you take kids for example) you'd probably be better served to buy a sim card with it's own data plan.

The general "feel" of the hotel was very friendly. We were accommodated with storing our luggage after an early arrival. The reception staff were wonderful - Jasmine and "Alec" I think his name was. They really both went out of their way to assist, especially with our lack of the Turkish lingo! The breakfast was wonderful - around the pool! Thank you! "Alec" advised us on a fantastic restaurant, that he usually refers customers to - great hit - "Allo 24" Thank you! Had one of our best Turkish meals there!

Nothing!

I liked how spacious the apartment and the whole hotel area were. The room mostly had everything you need, while the hotel area was very pretty with lots of trees and many beds around the two pools. I really liked the people at the reception who were so kind, proactive, and helpful whenever I asked them questions. They made my stay very good. I liked how healthy and fresh breakfasts were despite their repetitiveness. There were lots of cats around, so petting them from time to time was also great. There were small/big grocery stores and restaurants around.

We were not very happy about the location. It is not too far from the center, but due to the heat, we still had to take local buses which took time to wait. While using the pool, we have noticed some nonhotel residents swimming in it. They came in a small group and left by car by the time the pool closed. I might be wrong, but this should be investigated.

We had large apartment overlooking swimming pool and two balconies. Turkish Breakfast was served every morning. Swimming pool with nice refreshing water, definitely needed in this heat. Very friendly staff, happy to help when you ask. Hotel has great location, close to the nearest supermarket and seafront restaurants. Old town is only 15 min walk.

There was problem with television in our apartment.
