Ibis Gaziantep

This is a good minimalist hotel in a good location. It was clean and comfortable, if a little small. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, the mall, and some of the main streets (even as a solo traveller).

Overall, I think it is a bit expensive for what you get. There is little above the bare minimum in terms of facilities and services - in particular, for the price, I really think breakfast should be included to be competitive. Also the desk chair was very uncomfortable.

Everything was just great, especially the location. Close to everything.. Food joints, copper bazaar, shopping bazaar and tram station was just opposite.

The air-con didn't't work, it was too hot in the room.. Had to keep the windows open but it caused inconvenience throughout the night cause it got a lil noisy and bright too soon because of the same reason. Requested the staff to look for the tech to fix the aircon but instead they suggested to keep the windows open. Rest all was good but during the day it got really crazy

The property has a great location. Most of the attractions are just couple of minutes away by walking.

Cups of water they provide is very small. They are almost the same size as the ones served in the planes. They should increase the water cup size! Small cups are not enough. Second problem was the sink in the bathroom. It got stucked, and water was not going through. I asked then to fix it, but i seemed the problem did not go away.

The personnel was kind and polite, spoke English fluently, service was excellent and professional, we could order food too without problems and got additional coffee and water with no extra charge. Supplement cover sheets were available for the rainy night:)

We could not open the window fully and the room is a bit small.

The hotel was clean, calm and jusr right next to the Forum Mall, no need to take taxi or move your car for shopping, the price is very good for whatever facilities available in the hotel.

The rooms are small, but this is what exactly you paid for.

Location is perfect. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels if required. Air conditioning was a blessing and worked amazingly.

Nothing

The staff were always smiling and welcoming. They gave us a welcome plate of fruit. The mall is on their doorstep and the transport facilities real easy especially the taxı service.The point of interest facilities is not to far from location.

Nothing to complain about

Very clean, comfortable and reliable. They delivered the Ibis standard you would expect to receive anywhere in the world. Car park under the building was a big plus. The location is also very good. It’s next door to a shopping centre and a close drive to all the major attractions.

Rooms a little on the small side.

I liked my staying in this hotel. it is my 3rd time & the 2nd in a week. The style of the hotel can be known as it is a global chain. it is economy in my opinion more suitable for business stays. I stayed there for one-night stay on my way further. Rooms are small, barely enough to move & sleep. Furniture is clean. Everything is well calculated & just enough for a brief stay. I recommend this hotel.

NOt much to say, may be bathrooms need better check & maintenance?

The hotel has a very strategic location with great value of money. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. Very clean and highy hospitality level. Thanks for all the team.
