The receptionist is the KINDEST person ever. Literally the guy deserves promotion. I travel SO much, and people as kind as him are so rare. Wish I could remember his name. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Typical Turkish breakfast, very rich and a lot of things to choose. Location is great, just in the heart of the city. I really loved this place. Thank you

The only reason why I gave 9 start instead of 10 is that it can get very noisy in the evening My room was looking the courtyard and many people were gathering there at night. I think it shouldn't be the gathering place as the room windows are just there and it's really noisy (and I'm very noise tolerant, by the way). But I asked please the guys the keep it down and they deed. Communication is the key.

Although the hotel is located in an area that is unreacable by vehicle...in about 200 meters of walk you are in the hub of restaurants,bazaar and trendy shops. Very quiet and clean old town area

I think the hotel should give out info on their location , it is unreachable by vehicles...and what is the alternative . I understand that most hotels are cutting down cost due to raising cost , but do not compromise cleanliness , it is very important for your customers. Would I stay here again? YES I would...because the manager and staff are very helpful and will seriously help you with any reasonable compliant.

I enjoyed my stay in a clean room with a walking distance to all cafes restaurants museums, Bazars and transportation system. The staff is kind and helpful in all ways the can to make you feel comfortable both with your stay and discovering the area. This wooden and stone building hotel is beautifully decorated in a way to portray the culture of Gaziantep. Let’s say you have a small version of the city view at Zeynep Hanim Konagi🤩 I really recommend this place to everyone. Great value indeed🙌

Beautiful location in old mansion in old city streets (tho not ideal if you have heavy luggage as vehicles cannot reach the door).

Very well situated, walking distance to all attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly, they came to fetch us at the bus stop. The breakfast was excellent, best we've had on our trip so far.

good location in the old city. close to the citadel. very charming old streets. the hotel has a nice yard to have a coffee. rooms are normal, comfortable bed. The staff is polite and speaks English. Excellent value for money.

Excellent traditional hotel in Old Town, a maze of little passages. I was worried about getting lost but whichever way I went just as I thought I was lost I was miraculously where I wanted to be. The hotel felt ancient with a central courtyard. Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast was served in hotel across passage, very Turkish
