The staff were kind and tried to be helpful. Breakfast and location are very good (although the breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant that had loud lively music playing, which we had to ask to be turned down several times - inappropriate for breakfast). The rooms were comfortable, spacious and well-appointed.

The check-in process was a little confusing as I tried to explain that the booking was in my name and that my partner had already checked in. The wifi was intermittent, it stopped before we checked out. Similarly, the room access card were cancelled, before we checked out. This happened for the 4 rooms our group had, all cards had to be replaced and renewed. Confusing and a little stressful as we were trying to check out...

Resa hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our short stay (2 nights, either side of a gulet sailing holiday). Perfect location and room/ facilities were excellent. Continental type breakfast, slightly different to British standards but plentiful and well presented. Breakfast was served at an adjacent location (Blues cafe/restaurant) outside and a perfect location by the Göcek marinas. Resa buggies enabled transit of us plus luggage right to the door - excellent. Hotel arranged airport transfers and at a reasonable price. Could not fault this hotel.

Not criticism of hotel and totally beyond their control, but pesky flies are a nuisance (flies by day, mozzies at night !)

Welcoming staff, lovely room with a sea view and efficient air conditioning. Substantial breakfast at the restaurant opposite. The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us which worked well. When we needed to get to the marina in the morning they gave us a lift in the hotel transport buggy. We would definitely go back.

What a gem of a hotel! Fabulous! We stayed here the night before our sailed for 2 weeks and the night before we flew home (adding an extra 2 nights in total to our holiday). Wow! The room was great, the staff were amazing - couldn't be more helpful. Excellent place to stay - highly recommend!

Resa Hotel Göcek is centrally located in the best area and close to everything in Göcek. We parked our car at a nearby public carpark (free of charge), were picked up by friendly staff and the hotel's shuttle and right away given a little tour of Göcek before reaching the hotel. Everything was perfect and well organized. Breakfast is served at next door's restaurant.

We have no reason to complain and also had absolutely no negative impression.

Lovely location, very good modern hotel in center of Gocek close to all 3 marinas. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped to get to marina and back. We like this hotel and stayed there second time. Enjoyed it!

Nope. All is excellent.

Location was right in the heart of town. No cars can access the hotel directly but they offer a free buggy service to assist with luggage. Hotel also has a lift.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location directly in front of the marina and close to all the restaurants and shops. I was particularly impressed with the spacious family room (2 adults and 2 teenagers).
