Friendly staff, nice facilities, affordable!

Unfortunately the panoramic view in the King suite was ruined by the condensation on the window for the entire stay. It seemed to be stuck in between two separate glass windows and never dried (photos don't do it justice). This was super disappointing because I was so excited to experience the balloons waking up from the room! There was also a sewerage smell from the bathroom from time to time which was unbearable.

The price we paid for the room was absolutely worth it! Breakfast was good. The team were very helpful in helping is book the tours around the area! Location was also really nice as it has the view of the town and some fairy chimneys which was breathtaking both day and night. It was also a few minutes walk to the town restaurants and groceries. Hands down to cleanliness as the madame would always make sure we have fresh water- loads of them actually!😂 both in the fridge and outside. When she saw me as I didnt want the room to be cleaned and just asked for some towels, she gave me the whole shibang including the small towels, toilet rolls, and water bottles again! Also they clean really nicely in our room without touching our belongings ❤️ Checkin in and out was a breeze! We came in earlier than expected but they were able to accommodate us still! When I was messaging them for some queries prior to arrival at the place, they were also very speedy enough to reply. They also helped us book the hot air balloon multiple times as we had a few cancellations due to the wind, luckily we got to fly on our last day! They have arranged our service from the airport as well and the people they booked for us are just amazing, very kind, and helpful as well! Can't get enough how lucky we are to have stayed in such amazing beautiful place with very lovely and excellent people! PS I have more photos of our room as it was spaceous and beautiful! But I only get to upload 4 so yea! We booked room 105 where it has its own cute little chill inside patio in the room and also out own sauna and jacuzzi by our room :)

As it was a cave room, it was understandable that some chalk dust would fall in our bed but it's fine we just had to dust it off before sleeping and make sure our bed is closed with the duvet when we leave. The staff are kind enough to always do our bed. It was big so was surprised how they tuck the sheets in neatly!

The location is very nice. The view is amazing to see the HAB, but unfortunately, in 3 days while we were there, only one day the balloon flew, and that was the morning when we flew, so we could enjoy properly the view. The room was clean, and the room service was done daily. The breakfast was really nice with a lot o different options. I was very pleased to find a lot of vegan options at breakfast.

The only thing which I didn't like was the smell in the bathroom. It is probably because there is not a window in the bathroom, and when the steam from the shower is created, the fan doesn't have enough power to clear that. Other than that, everything was perfect.

My partner and I recently spent three delightful days in Cappadocia, and our stay at Cappadocia Inn Cave Hotel truly enhanced our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and warmth of this unique accommodation. Upon entering our room, we were pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness and undeniable beauty. The decor was tasteful and reflective of the region's rich heritage, adding to the overall ambiance of the space. The bed, in particular, was a highlight – luxurious and inviting, it provided a restful haven after a day of exploring. While I found the pillows to be a bit too high for my liking, my partner disagreed, finding them perfectly comfortable. It seems to be a common style across hotels in Turkey, so it's more a matter of personal preference. One of the hotel's standout features is its terrace, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape, especially during the famed hot air balloon flights. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, our balloon excursion was canceled during our stay. However, we could still appreciate the beauty of the area from the terrace, making it a memorable experience nonetheless. In terms of pricing, we were fortunate to secure a 45% discount on the last available room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was excellent considering the quality of accommodation and service provided.

The underfloor heating was quite intense, causing us to feel uncomfortably warm, and we had to request it be turned off. While breakfast was included, it didn't particularly stand out to us; we found it to be rather average. In fact, after trying it on the first day, we opted to have breakfast elsewhere for the remaining two days of our stay.

Must try and must visit Best thing is, its a well known hotel and very easy travel options to all well known sites and walkability to city center We stayed in Cappadocia inn Cave hotel for 3 days and it was a very good experience. The rooms are cozy in a cold winter , and the rest room is as big as my first apartment. The room service was good and breakfast options are well managed too. There is good amount of Vegetarian options

Cons: the hotel charged us double the price for a airport transfer than whats offered in a klook airport transfer option. The commissions for hotel suggested bookings is way high. Book from online sites if you wish to save some bucks. Another negative is the Wifi is extremely bad jn our room and there is no proper mobile data signal as well

Absolutely Amazing hotel, with the most phenominal views of Cappadocia where you have the famous hotair balloons rising in the morning just outside the front door of your room! The staff were also absolutely incredibly world class from the moment we checked in till the minute we left and every second in between. They were the most friendly, kind and helpful hotel staff we have evrt met! Special shout out to the hotel manager, Nader who was so so lovely taking great care of us as well as Beyza who always made sure our tours and everything was well booked and everything was good and the gentlemen with the really cool haircut who was thwre during the nightshift (sorry for not knowing how to spell his name). I’d highly recommend this fabulous hotel to everyone, I know you guys would enjoy your stay in Cappadocia forsure! My wife and I definitely did! Also would like to mention that the food at the hotel restaurant was really amazing as well!! Looking forward to our next stay there again when we do visit Cappadocia again in the future!

First of all, Sema, the receptionist is exemplary. She is very accomodating. She helped us booking our ATV and red tour, so it was an easy transaction. She also booked our transport going to airport. By the way, we booked our transport from airport to hotel thru them. Next is the hotel room . The room is huge, clean and lovely! The foods are tasty and delicious. Thumbs up to their chef. And of course, you can watch hot air balloons from the hotel. It has very nice point of view! Overall, our stay in the hotel is great. All the staff that we met are lovely.

A fantastic hotel in Goreme! The staff were wonderful, particularly the reception manager who greeted us on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was amazing with a fantastic view! The room had great air conditioning and was very well equipped. The terrace was lovely with the small pool and seated area with the carpets and cushions. It’s a ten minute walk to the town so very convenient. It was very good value and worth every cent. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was perfect! Just note it is up a steep hill, which wasn’t a problem for us, but just be aware if there’s any mobility issues.

Room was nice and spacious, breakfast was good, food at the restaurant was tasty, very helpful staff. You can book activities right there. Nice view of the balloons in the morning, but breakfast is nit served at the balloon time.

Internet is awful!!! Key hole on the room door is too close to the wall it's difficult to turn it. The swimming hole or whatever it is is tiny and the water was cold! There was some sand on the floor I guess from the ceiling. No air conditioner in the room as advertised, but there was a fan which helped, the fan was kinda loud but that wasn't a problem.

The location was very central in Goreme valley. Close to downtown. All shops/restaurants are close by. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent- Traditional. It felt like a small family run kind of a set up. Room size was ok. Overall No major complaints.

The provided additional roll away bed was very squeaky/noisy. It wasn't comfy at all. There was NO Air conditionaining in the cave suite and there was NO ceiling fan as well. I had to ask for a stand fan in the middle of the night and the provided fan was also very noisy to the extent that I couldn't use it. Also we couldn't use the Hot tub as the celing debris was falling in the water every now and then making it very messy. This must be fixed as soon as possible.
