When we booked this room we were really excited to get an amazing sunny view from the windows and see the balloons. But the first thing we could focus on was the terrible sewer and smoking smell from that room. It was a horrible smell that stick to us all day and all night long which led me to no sleep… the day after we talked to the front desk person and he changed us to a beautiful and non smelling room which made us happy! This new room was even bigger and even more comfortable than the one we booked. We had a huge bathroom with a regular size sauna and a jacuzzi. We had a very good sleep. Book the sauna rooms if you want a good stay!

The location is really good, it's atop a hill with a very good view from the restaurant. The staff is courteous and good. The room is spacious and big. Cappadocia itself is a great place overall and love the vibe.

The room looks a little old and the beds weren't that comfortable. The mattress would sink and it would be uncomfortable to sleep especially when you have had a long day and you just want some good sleep. The night staff is quite lost. The stone rooms are not so great, i would recommend to stay in the Cave suites.

The hotel has one of the best views of the city Goreme. You can actually see how the balloons are prepared for the fly, see how they fly above the city and see one of the most beautiful sunrise with hot air balloons in background. The room was big and clean and the hotel has its own restaurant with very good prices and food. The restaurant also serves beer. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast I ever had at hotels, with traditional turkish food. The staff was also very friendly. Although they do not speak English very good, they always try to help you. Overall the price-hotel services are in the customer favor and I do recommend this hotel.

The staff was really helpful and super nice. Elfi and Emin at the reception were very nice. Mehmet Chang, Efez , and one more gentleman serving us were also amazing. They helped organised a cake, flowers and decorated our room for my partner's birthday in a short span. And they are all students, so definitely tip them on your way out. They are no less than other professionals. Best moonrise and moonset view in all of Cappadocia. Great breakfast spread, and a super cute guard dog. Big 10.

service I received at Cappadocia was beyond my expectation. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. receptionist Sema even tried to carry my baby's buggy, and Mehmet can give us extra water when we checked out. I have more to say. I want to specify these tiny details because of how much they cared for their customers. They made us so special. I don't know the name but he was a person in his fifties and was always welcomed with a warm smile. The waiter Ali prepared us breakfast even though we checked out early. The night view of this hotel is amazing. definitely worth every penny. It is affordable as well.

Beautiful room exactly as on the pictures. The only thing I would like to point out and which we were slightly disappointed with, as this was the main reason why we booked this room was the big window and the view, as well as the jacuzzi with its own window and view. Unfortunately, the terrace outside the windows was an official walk path for also other hotel guests, hence we never had complete privacy and we had to leave one set of curtains closed if not wanting to be seen, especially in the evenings when we had the lights on. Perhaps an idea would be to close that area as of 6pm in the evenings and have the other guests use the other staircase. Otherwise, the room was cozy and very romantic and we woke up with a view of the hot air balloons.

Everything about this place was amazing!!! Beautiful rooms, fantastic breakfast, you have to try it with empty stomach because it’s huge and delicious. Get up at 6am to watch the hot air balloon 🎈 from your window, balcony, terrace or 3rd floor, I saw from my room window, the people are amazing with the service. I love ❤️ it there

These guys are really trying to be good. The breakfast is good, and you can get and drink coffee pretty much any time. Plus, the place is very close to everything. It is not at the center of Goreme, but I walked everywhere in Goreme from there. They also found a balloon trip for me, when all the places were sold out.

The road uphill going to the hotel is pretty crappy, and parking is a bit of an issue, so if you are driving, be prepared to backup down a pretty steep unpaved hill to get out. It is not a huge problem, IMO, but just be aware.

An amazing property located right at the center of Goreme. It looks out to scenic views - in the mornings we woke up to hot air balloons flying over our heads. Breakfast is delightful, served by a jolly set of staff, with a large variety of classical Turkish flavors. The rooms are BEAUTIFUL and just like the pictures. Staying at this hotel has been a dream. I’m planning to come back once again to re-experience the beauty of Capadocia.
