The accommodation was very good. We stayed on the 7th floor, the apartment is big, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The living room is spacious, the TV is smart, the sofa is comfortable and you can relax at ease. The integrated kitchen is good, I didn't really get to grips with the electric hot plate, but otherwise it was fine. The bedroom not very big, but you don't need more than that. The pillows were a bit hard and that bothered me, but the bed was very good, big. Bathroom spotless, very generous shower and good pressure. The cabin is large and you have plenty of space to move around when showering. Clean towels, new tiles. Sometimes you can still hear the neighbours, maybe the walls are not very strong. Parking wasn't too great. The last night I parked where one of the staff suggested, and the next day I found my car smashed on the right door. There probably wasn't enough space to get into the car and forced the door into my car. The location is a decent one, with a few shops in the area and restaurants. You're not going to find much around here. To get downtown to Taksim or Grand Bazaar it's a 40 minute bus ride (17 stops) and then another 7-8 stops by tram. It's decent.

Parking and shops in the area are not exactly strong points.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was roomy and well designed. And the air conditioner was great.

Some of the kitchen items need to be replaced. They are dangerously rusty. It is hard to dry the bathroom floor once it's wet; it's not sloping towards the drain. The elevator and stairs area constantly smelled of cooking.

We are really happy with our choice, the room was big enough for a family of four. The hotel location was perfect, next to many restaurants and public transportation. The stuff was reliable and always available.

First day when I saw the hotel I didn’t like the area but next day when I walked around the hotel I love it, everything is around you 2 streets above the hotel you will find a big busy area with restaurants and coffee shops and markets everything you need and you will enjoy the walk, Staff is amazing they will make you love the hotel and the stay specially Omar and mehmet thanks for all the staff special thanks to mehmet and Omar.

The parking is the worst part But the hotel always will help you to find parking.

Spacious room, fast respond from the reception, area led to rooms is secured with code for extra safety, Bassel and Omar are very cooperative and helpful with all my questions. available parking on site, with Mr. Ali to help us with our luggage. very helpful staff and very comfortable room, and available restaurants within walking distance. the rooms have dishwashers, washers and fully equipped kitchen which makes it perfect for families or long stay. I recommend it!

A bit hard to find the hotel if you are driving, thin walls I could hear noise and slamming doors in the hallways. far from tourist attractions ( since Istanbul is crowded, it would take at least 45 minutes from the hotel to arrive at most tourist attractions)
