All liked it. Great hotel, good service, nice staff. It was nice that they gave me additional water in the room, about 6 bottles. After a very long walk around the city, this is what I needed. I was pleased to find plenty of drinking water in the room. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

It was a little sad that the blanket was thin. I wanted a thicker blanket. But in general, it did not spoil the impression. Be sure to put a thicker blanket next time. An extra blanket can be placed in the closet

All staff was kind with a big smile always , any thing you ask will be yours in reception, Resturant, room service.. The location is exceptional for families, near metro and bus station about 600 meters, quite location far from crowded areas

The AC is central was not cooling enough but they did the best to fix next day The temperature was cold enough

First of all, the attentiveness and care of the staff for each tenant of the hotel. Just BRAVO! Second, the design of the rooms, floors, and details. It’s simple but loveable. Third, the location.

Internet connection in the rooms. But I think this is all over Istanbul.

The room was incredibly cozy, clean, and comfortable. I'm someone who appreciates attention to detail, and I found everything well-thought-out for a comfortable stay. The towels were exceptionally clean and white, a nice touch. The staff was polite and helpful.

The air conditioner struggles to bring down/keep room temperature at comfortable levels.

1. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and had a modern cool design . Each floor also has its own cool design. I loved it !!! 2. The room was very clean and ventilated , the bathroom also had an open window and was ventilated 3. Very nice breakfast. Due to COVID it was not served in a buffet, but personally to the table. 4. Location: The hotel is in a popular, non-touristic area, and very nice . Not far away there is a pedestrian zone with lots of bakeries and restaurants, as well as a large metro station

1. WiFi was mostly weak. We had some video calls which often disconnected 2. The pillows had a slight odor of smoking 3. Weak Flow of water in a toilet flushing facility 4. Since the room was cleaned once in two days (which was ok for us), the toilet paper was not sufficient . More toilet paper should be supplied accordingly.

I usually stay in the tempo airport hotel.my staying Was ok there last time and many thanks to hakan who made my staying great there about the tempo fair hotel it was my first time there and it was terrific thanks to Ali and hakan,Yasin they were great all the time just one of kind people and thanks to songul.i will stay again and again in that hotel because of the people who works there I have already mentioned about them without it wouldn't be as how it was.

Everything was beyond and above

The place is nice with good location, very close to the expo center. The staff are quite friendly and quite helpful. I recommend this place if you are with your car and you need to travel around the city. The staff is taking good care of the car.

The smell of the cigarettes in the room was little too strong because we are non smokers.

Very warm welcome all the receptionist was helpful and friendly all staff smiling all time. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but it was nice.

Everything was perfect

I stayed with my family and really enjoyed hospitality. Staff are very kind. Close to public transportation (metro, metrobus, bus station).
