Where should I start! This hotel is exceptional in every department. Helpful and attentive staff who were available to assist around the clock. Not to mention the immaculate standards of cleanliness. Room was cleaned thoroughly everyday of our stay without fail. The housekeeping staff even accommodated our request for later cleaning times! The breakfast was plentiful and varied and included both Turkish and continental options. The open roof terrace was also very beautiful and a great place to relax after a long day. Location to the old town is very ideal, close to transport links and taxis right outside. All round amazing hotel!

Everything was outstanding

The location was close to all amenities and sightseeing places. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. I have to mention all the staff were helpful and kind but special mention to Mojdeh and Abdullah. Mojdeh was very kind and helped us all the way with travel, taxi, personal queries and she even kchecked us in early and arranged breakfast as well. Abdullah was ever so polite and kind, used his phone to order dinner for us. Thank you Mojdeh and Abdullah. I will definitely stay in Beethoven Senfoni whenever I visit Istanbul.

It would have been nice if they had their own restaurant for guests to relax in the evening.

The location is amazing. The view from the restaurant is also very enjoyable.

Rooms are missing mirrors, no shelf in the shower cabin so had to keep all my stuff on the floor in the cabin. The underneath of the toilet seat wasn't cleaned even once during the entire stay also behind the sing it was very dusty. And we asked reception for the bathrobes, the receptionist said he will a range but the bathrobes were never delivered.

I like the location of the hotel and the reception area was great to relax and chill out with friends. I enjoyed the spa facilities available at the hotel and my bed was comfy.

Unfortunately the TV in my room didn't work, even though someone came to look at it, they couldn't get it working. Staff did not return again to check until i kept mentioning it, finally the fixed it but i was leaving the next morning. Breakfast was very mediocre too, would pay for hotel without breakfast and just go out to get it. I had a balcony in my room but it was facing the back of another building right in front so wasn't pleasant. The last night i was there, there was so much noise from either another room or adjoining hotel at 1-2am and i couldn't sleep so had to pack all my things and move to another (smaller) room at this time which mean i had a lack of sleep. Last thing, i gave a jumper to be washed and they made the jumper big and stretchy and ruined it.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the main points of interest in Istanbul, which can be easily reached in a 15-20 minute walk. Accommodation conditions are excellent, above the level of most 4-star hotels in Istanbul. The breakfast is really fabulous, it is very tasty, with fresh and very varied dishes, with the possibility to choose from a lot of assortments. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, always ready to help you and always with a smile on their face. We had to check out late and even leave some of our luggage in the luggage room for an extra day and we did not encounter any problems from the hotel staff and we were not charged extra for these services. Just words of praise for the hotel and staff, which made our stay very pleasant, being the most beautiful vacation so far in Istanbul.

There is nothing that we don't like, except that we had a room without a balcony, so we couldn't have access to a balcony where we could smoke, because we are smokers, but it's also our fault, because we didn't specify this thing when we made the reservation.

hotel was clean with nice, modern decor. breakfast on the terrace with beautiful, with options for both a sea view and city view. access to spa facilities and beethoven restaurant (around the corner) was great. good location - restaurants, tram lines and metro all within walking distance

staff were friendly and helpful, though some could not speak english which made it difficult at times

the hotel is very clean and has beatiful rooms. The breakfast is with a great view to the city, big variaty of the food and drinks. The Spa center is very good as well. Highly recomend to stay here. For this price you can't find anything so perfect.

Very central location u can easily walk to shops around the hotel and 4 minutes to the metro station where it can take u anywhere in less than 30 minutes ..super clean comfy beds ..breakfast was so nice and have different options..and when it comes to staff i really felt them family always keen to comfort us whenever possible,,Bedr el din was a great support and advisor whenever we requested an advice regarding the city or requesting anything regarding our rooms through out our whole stay and serdar was always helping us ..really great team

Excellent breakfast on the terrace with a very pleasant view. The location is great too. A few minutes to the metro, walking distance to attractions. Stuff are friendly.

Room need renovation, pillows are too lush. The sauna is open only from 12 to 6 pm, which is strange, given that the occupancy rate is not large. Hamam for a fee. The door to the dressing room did not close.

Everything about this hotel is just perfect. Starting with the gorgeous interior design, to the tasty and rich food and the employees which are really nice and helpful. It’s definetly a high level hotel.

The only minus would be the soundproofing in the rooms, but once you get used to it it’s fine.
