Just came back from a 6 day trip, and we enjoyed the hotel a lot! The staff are the sweetest people who work hard and are very humble. We had a small discussion about the music, but they fixed it in the best way! Made us some delicious fried eggs 😉 Also the restaurant in the hotel is very good! The waiters are super friendly, and the ambience is great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is also very good, close to all the attractions but in a quieter area! Would definitely recommend 👌

The location of hotel is right next to the subway, a wonderful area in the center of bustle Fatih and Sultanahmet - the main attractions are within easy reach. The rooms are not new, but they are in perfect condition, with everyday cleaning and fresh water in the room, the staff is very attentive and does not require additional money for their services (I changed my room without additional complaints). The hotel serves a traditional Turkish breakfast, but if you wish, you can have lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant: the portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the prices are slightly higher than standard. There is also a SPA, however, in the basement: a hammam, a sauna, and a font pool are at your service, for an additional fee: massage and other procedures. I am writing a review about this hotel because there is something to compare with, I stayed with friends at the same time in different hotels located next to each other, and the price-quality ratio is on the side of this particular hotel.

Loud music at night does not even apply to the hotel but can be heard from nearby restaurants. The price for the room stock is slightly inflated, which, however, is fully paid off by the kind attitude of the staff.

The staff, they were kind & always went above and beyond, one member even helped me operate an ATM (atm's in Turkey are difficult for foreigners they ask for QR codes that don't work with foreign accounts). Room was as described & kept clean with water bottles restocked every day, included breakfast had heaps on offer and fruit was very fresh. Very close to the Metro and tourist hotspots like the Spice and Grand Bazaars as well as some of the biggest mosques, the Topkapi palace and the cisterns. It was a fun location to stay in, pre warning this is the Faith district so dress appropriately, I did so out of respect and to cut down some staring from local men. Also the

Hot tip, don't get the organized shuttle from the hotel as it was very expensive and they wanted cash only, you can get them to organize you a taxi which they will happily do. The spa wasn't anywhere nice as the pictures, if you want a proper hammam massage go somewhere else, however if your after a regular massage after a big day, the massage there was good. One thing I really didn't like was there were 2 staff members just sitting around in the spa area, I didn't feel very comfortable being in a bikini with a male staff member there. he didn't do anything, it was just not as private as I would of thought it would be. Also they wanted cash only which is a pain with the atms.

Good location, cleanliness and excellent staff. The hotel also looks very good from the outside, which is not common in Istanbul. At checkout, the receptionist immediately offered the possibility to store luggage and, during a short wait, complementary tea or coffee. They are small things, but they complete the whole picture.

The breakfast was good, but it would be appropriate to change the assortment a bit. Ham and salami did not excite me, there are better quality products in Turkey.

Everything was great. The best was the location and breakfast was also good. Cleaning every day, we liked our stay here.

Noise from the street from the nearest hotel was realy anoying. As for the room equipment, it would be good if there was also a small table next to the chairs.

Fantastic staff. They've let us choose from several rooms. Very good wi-fi connection. We where aloud to have a late check-out without any additional charge. Many thanks to the gentelman at the reception and also many thanks to the lady from the breakfast room. The turkish coffee that she made each morning for my wife was delicious. The personnel from the restaurant was also very attentive with us.

Me and my husband stayed in this hotel for four nights we spent in Istanbul. ROOM: We stayed in a spacious and pretty comfortable room. Loved the small balconies where we could smoke. The bathroom was well equipped with nice toiletries, clean towels and enough space for our things. Everything was clean and tidy. BED: The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. BREAKFAST: It was served in their dining room, with a very good choice of different food, such as eggs, cold cuts, lots of different cheeses and nice offer of vegetables and salads. There was also a nice selection of local sweets. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the juice, it was too sweet. SURROUNDINGS: The hotel is amazingly well connected to the rest of the city. The metro station Vezneciler is just few minutes away, as well as the tram station. The neighbourhood was very nice and pretty safe. We enjoyed the café in the hotel with a nice terrace for a morning coffee and a great freshly squeezed pomegranate juice. We loved the nearby restaurant Daphne with great staff, nice and affordable food and great atmosphere, working till late hours, just perfect for a nice meal and few drinks before going to sleep. We recommend transport from/to the airport if you have lots of luggage. We came to the hotel from Istanbul Airport by bus to Taksim and then metro, but in return we asked for a hotel transfer and for 30 € it was much more convenient for us. COMMUNICATION: All the staff was very nice and helpful and made our stay comfortable. Mr. Ali went extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed. The hotel wi-fi was pretty stable during our stay.

From time to time the water temperature in the shower changed from hot to cold without our control. The shower booth leaked a bit, but that was more of a staff’s problem than ours. Everything else was fine.

The location was great, close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The information on booking. com mentioned an open roof top, but it wasn't at our hotel, it was at another Beethoven hotel. The swimming pool was quite small.

The breakfast is incredible all the ingredients are fresh and fine. The rooms are clean and big. The hotel is looking nice and had very good restaurant. Iam total happy
