Staff is friendly and always ready to respond our requests. Rooms were as expected and clean. Location is good but not close to the main touristic places in Istanbul

Breakfast may improve, I booked with breakfast included for 3 days and I think it may be much better. One thermo of coffee for the whole people in the restaurant is not right, in a country like Turkey with one of the best coffees in the world you cannot offer nescafe in sachet for breakfast. Products on the room like peanuts were expired.

Beautiful room, amazing cleaning service and friendly staff, good location too!

The breakfast was fine but sometimes they forgot to put out water, milk or utensils. And they also served the same plate of boiled potatoes at least 3 days in a row, on the 3rd day, the potatoes started to go purply gray. Otherwise, the food was really good and they baked fresh pastries every day which was nice!

I came from Italy to this hotel ,It was the amazing experience in this hotel i was there for 4 days .the staff was very kind and hospitable and help me a lot in everything . The room was very clean i liked the breakfast And all the room facilities and about the location i like it because it is so safe and acess to city center was easy thank you dear soner and mustafa . I hope to come to Istanbul again soon and come to this hotel. Thank you for everything

Location is good, very close to a lot of public transportation, also could walk to Dolmabahce. On a Walking distance to a very lively part with restaurants and bars. There is parking , which needs reservation. Reception is 24/7!

Parking entrance was very narrow, you need to be good driver. Breakfast was basic, no normal coffee (only nescafe), but Turkish tea available. Room was loud (looking at the boulevard, at the reception they said it was seaside view - and yes, you could see the sea, if you lean from the window)

Location is amazing near the market and a lot of good restaurants , Staff is very welcoming and helpful .

The Hotel is located on a kind of slope , on the way back from the market or Bus station you have to kinda climb back which might be a problem for elderly people .

We had an amazing experience, the hotel is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a great location. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. A special thanks to Ali, who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. He was incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. I loved the bed, it was very comfortable and the facility was clean and tidy. And staff very helpful all the time. Location a bit noisy but very accessible to taxis and public transport.

Breakfast had no variety, too much starch and very little meat. Too much smoking around the hotel and restaurant just below the hotel, smoke would even get to the rooms.

the breakfast WAS SURPRISING, I didn't t expect to be in a plate for every turist. I never think that is possible in Turkey where is the best food in the world. the stuff was great, location good, next to the Besiktas bazar.

in this trip, only the breakfast in rest the service it was good. meet my expectation. but if you get the room with the bulevard side it is a little beat noisy.

Accommodating reception and staff. The hotel is located on the main street, so I was worried about the noise level, but it was not a problem. The breakfast was decent. Many savory items, but could have more sweet items.
