A beautiful small hotel on the edge of The Bosphorous - especially if you book one of the Bosphorous view rooms which are spacious and very comfortable. The common areas are oppulent and attractively furnished. Breakfast was outstanding. All very fresh and thoughtfully presented. Dining room was immaculate and waiting staff attentive - although we expected the dining staff to have a better command of English. Reception staff very professional and helpful with good language skills. Getting around from the hotel on public transport is very easy as there’s a bus stop directly outside which takes you to the ferry terminal for transport to the European side and the major sights. The Blue Mosque is simply astonishing in its beauty. Two local restaurants worth noting Villa Bosphorous (walkable) and ChaCha Balik both located on the water.

Lunch in the Hotel was very disappointing. The rooms need decent hairdryers. The traffic congestion is like something we have never experienced. It’s very hard to get anywhere without sitting in a jam. We had to cancel a restaurant on the European side as we couldn’t get through the traffic and we almost missed our return flight due to the traffic congestion.

The hotel is amazing, very cosy. The hotel is classic and really gives you the feeling that you are leaving in that time with vintage style and furniture. The hotel have only few rooms and you can feel your privacy over there because not lot of resident. The staff is really in deferent level of professional. I stayed in several hotel never met staff like them, highly respected and they serve you like you are the only gust they have. Hotel is very clean and well organized. Free parking available.

The staff were very friendly, hospitable and accommodating. The location with the view of Bosphorus was excellent. The facility was clean and cool. Breakfast was nice with a variety of Turkish breakfast (Türk kahvaltısı) including menemem.

We traveled as a couple, my wife was pregnant and we were accommodated in a roof room which was inconvenient for her as there is no elevator in the facility. Due to the Eid Holiday (Kurban Bayramı), other rooms were full. The roof room was smaller than we expected, the balcony was also very small. I was expecting teamaker in the room but it was not available. The same was true for iron box.

The personnel at the reception were very polite and ready to assist you whenever requested i.e to call a taxi, to provide information about Istanbul, etc. Moreover, they welcomed us by creating a friendly atmosphere. The room was clean and very comfortable! The breakfast was very good and served next to Bosphorus! Overall, my wife and me had a wonderful time at the hotel and since we have visited Istanbul many time, I could say that this was by far the best hotel bs the others. Many thanks to all employees! It was beautiful. The finishing, the staff, the service. Everything was first class.

The ONLY thing that was terrible was the bed in the front balcony room was ROCK HARD. It made for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We could deal with it being a small double but the mattress was awful. I challenge the manager/owner to go and sleep on it. They would (should) replace it immediately as it really detracted from our otherwise perfect experience.

The staff was really attentive, the breakfast was really good, and the room was always refreshed on time. The staff was friendly and willing to take the time to provide directions to the local attractions. I also liked that there is a 24/7 security on guard controlling access to the facility. Thank you for the confortable stay!

The hotel was like a small branch of the Dolmabahce palace: marble, mirrors, rococo furniture, a view of the bosphorus. Excellent wifi, good air conditioning, a lot of necessary details (for example, a corkscrew to open Turkish soda water). A wonderful restaurant with excellent service. Quick check-in, attentive front desk staff. Atelier Rebul cosmetics in travel sizes! Thank you very much for my comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel .The location is great and the view of the bosphorus was charming. The staff was kind and helpful the food in the restaurant was delicious .. I had a special request and they kindly prepare it for me thanks to them🤍 Thank you for everything

I wished if there's a kettle in the room and if there's an elevator for those who can't climb the stairs.

Bosphorus palace felt like being in a palace. The room was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's close for a stroll along the river, or to get a good kebab!It's a little on the pricey side but well worth it.

It is a unique experience to stay in this antique ottomon style hotel. So some of the facilities like gym, swimming pool, spa ... etc are not available which is totally understandable.
